The most satisfactory hotel in Chiang Mai, no doubt about it.
The environment, location, and facilities are all very good. I am very glad to have chosen this place. My family is very satisfied. The room is very large, it is very convenient to travel, and the staff is also very nice.
The towel rack in the room is easy to fall down when taking a towel. The rack should be fixed.

Very satisfied. I used to stay at the M5 Hotel next door. I saw KIRI by chance and vowed to stay here next time. Staying during the Sky Lantern Festival, I booked more than a month in advance and only got 2 nights, so let’s stay first! It would be great if I could stay here the whole time! ! The environment is really great. You must stay on the first floor. The space is private and the price is right.

The hotel is relatively small, there is not much leisure space, there is no fitness room, and there is no place outside to sit and relax and drink coffee! There are only four beds in the swimming pool which is too small!

There is a big gap between the photos on the hotel website and the size of the actual hotel. There were many ants in the room on the first night. You have to change rooms. There are many bars nearby. It is not suitable for guests who like tranquility. Overall

I had a lovely stay at the KIRI Hotel. I'd recommend booking the Deluxe Room with a balcony as it was spacious and on the top floor. The hotel isn't very large so it was pretty peaceful and the staff were all very friendly. The room felt modern and had all of the amenities you'd need for a quick stay. It was also in a great location in the Old Town. You're steps away from countless restaurants and markets.

Our stay in Chang Mai was unbelievable. We got greeted as soon as turned up and was able to use the facilities whilst we waited for our room. Our room was the pool access room and it was gorgeous. You get chairs and table outside infront of the pool and it was so relaxing to have your own privacy with the pool to. The room was quite big and had everything you needed. The best part of the whole hotel is breakfast! Wow! The chef cooks fresh for you from a menu and it was the best breakfast we had in all of Thailand! You also get a buffet to of drinks, pastries, breads and yogurts. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will be back on our next visit!

Had a wonderful time staying in this hotel for 3 nights. It’s a chic little boutique four star hotel located in the old city, within walking distance to the Tha Pae gate. Managed to be checked in by 2pm with my room on the third floor facing the small soi (luckily my room didn’t face the pool). Room kept spotless and housekeeping did a splendid job making up my room. There is even an air purifier in the room which was a plus. Wifi was sadly weak. I could only watched my drama series in the wee hours of the morning when there is more bandwidth. TV worked well, channels crystal clear. Sunday night market is very near and is within walking distance. 7-11 is literally steps away which was so convenient. Staff never failed to say hi or greet when I passed by the lobby, they were all so friendly and warm. First time staying within the old city and it was convenient, with many things within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and will not hesitate to return.

Estuvimos alojados tres noches en una habitación con salida a la piscina; mi pareja y mis dos hijas. La pequeña durmió con nosotros y la mayor en una cama supletoria. En la habitación no hay armario, ni cajones ni ningún sitio donde dejar la ropa; la habitación es tan pequeña que no podíamos ni abrir las maletas en ella. Super incómoda; cuando me quejé me dijeron que es una habitación para dos personas; no entiendo porqué sabiéndolo nos la reservaron para cuatro. No volvería.

泳池旁邊的地板完全沒有止滑設計，也沒有任何警示牌，結果我滑倒骨折了！而且當時沒有任何工作人員來確認我的狀況及提供協助。 從頭開始說明：我訂的是頂樓有陽台的房間，一共住三晚，三天共9800泰幣，在古城區也不算便宜的房價了。但這是我住過危機處理最差的一家飯店了。 1）第一天辦完入住，電梯就不能使用，飯店也沒有說明原因，一直到隔天才修好。我住頂樓，所以第一天來回只好不停爬樓梯。 2）我們連小孩一共三人，也付了三人的費用，但浴巾備品等，三天來都只給兩份。 3）房間隔音太差，可以聽到隔壁恩愛的聲音。還好我的小孩沒注意到。 4）最嚴重的事發生了，泳池畔的地板沒有止滑功能，我在那裏滑倒，當場無法站起來，我先自己爬到旁邊坐下休息，結果開始下雨。期間沒有任何工作人員過來詢問我的狀況或幫我遮雨，後來我先生及小孩幫忙撐住我爬到reception，工作人員居然還說：對，他們有看到我滑倒了！（但沒有人來幫忙？）飯店裡沒有拐杖，也沒有輪椅！！工作人員看來不知該怎麼辦？ 最後，他們只幫我叫計程車去醫院，沒有人陪同。我從醫院回到飯店也沒有工作人員確認我的狀況或詢問需要何種協助。隔天更沒有主管或工作人員表示任何歉意或提供任何補償方案。 我非常後悔入住，它毀了整個假期，而且我還得過三個月不能自由行動的生活。
