The location is near the Chiang Mai River and the ancient city. The living environment is convenient. Breakfast is included, but the room looks like China 20 years ago. The room price in Chiang Mai has increased during the New Year. I have a flight at night, so I will just stay for one night.

Good hotel with a nice northern atmosphere. The room has everything: hot water, coffee, tissues, drinking water. The air conditioner wasn't on, so I opened the window and slept comfortably. The staff were good, the housekeeper was good, and everyone was nice to each other. There was enough parking because most people came by public transportation. There should be parking for about 10-15 cars.

Conveniently located, but the back street is a karaoke town. The hotel is old, the sink doesn't drain, the shower head often falls off and can't be fixed. Water leaked into the room.
