I was really pleasantly surprised! The rooms were spacious, both bedroom and attached bathroom, and the AC worked well - not a common thing in Thailand! Importantly, the room came with a fridge and the electricity wasn't tied to a keycard, so you can charge while not in the hotel and rest assured that your food and drinks remain chill. The family that runs the place honestly are the best part - they're relentlessly kind and hospitable!

I stayed in the #201 room with the queen size bed. The hotel owners (a beautiful family) were helpful, welcoming and kind hosts. The space was very clean, quiet and quaint. It was located close to restaurants, shops and a authentic Thai message business. (A must!). I felt safe and was graciously given everything I needed for my stay. (A map, message recommendation, help with taxi, comfortable space to rest my head and netflix!). Will be back to stay next time I travel Thailand. Thank you!!

Great location, super friendly owners but also respect your space/privacy. The room was massive and the bathroom too. I had the garden view room. WiFi worked perfectly, not a single problem. The location couldn't be better, near the night market with some of the best street food in Chiang Mai!
