The hotel is not big, but has complete facilities. Drinks, water and snacks in the lobby downstairs are free. The waiters speak English very well.

Stayed 4 nights and it was one of the best stays! Everything was within walking distance and felt very safe. The staff at the front desk were sooo helpful and were always lovely. One woman in particular behind reception went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Chiang Mai! (I didn’t catch her name but she was so kind!)

Brilliant stay in a perfect hotel. Slightly outside the centre but was walking distance away! Clean, quiet, extra amenities, very helpful staff and a great pool

In the alley, which is a 10-minute walk from the ancient city, there is a small 7-11 about 200 meters away, and a large 7-11, Lotus Fresh, and Big C about 500 meters away. The area is not busy, but it is also quiet. The rooms facing the road will inevitably have car noise at night, but not much. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, but luckily, the guests are quite decent, which is suitable for people with a low budget and afraid of noise.
The staff are very helpful in answering various questions. There is free coffee, drinks, snacks and water on the first floor.
