Spacious and clean room,
Only negative: WLAN password indicated in the room and at the reception does not work.
They said they have no breakfast, but I was positively surprised that there was coffee and toast with butter for free in the morning :) thank you

The room is clean and not far from Tha Pae. It's easy to find food, but you might have to walk a bit. The air conditioning is cool and refreshing.

It's a family-run place, so it's full of affection. The owner, her daughters, and the person who seems to be her husband? They're all kind and gentle. It's a small 5-story building, but there's an elevator, and the rooms are a bit hit or miss. They say it's been remodeled, but it's a very shabby building and the soundproofing is a given. It gets a lot of sunlight in the morning, and the surrounding infrastructure is good. There are quite a few good restaurants, and you can walk around and see the city of Chiang Mai. I stayed for a week without any inconvenience, and booking on Tenlip.com was a godsend. They changed the room right away. Thank you.

It's a bit of an old building, but it's clean and the staff are all friendly. The view is so-so, and it's a place where you can rest well and have a good time for a cheap price. The room is spacious and quiet, but dogs sometimes bark at night.
