The environment is very good. The sanitation is very clean. The air conditioner is turned on as soon as you enter. It is a quiet courtyard. The bedding and pillows are very soft and comfortable. Breakfast sets are optional, not a full buffet. Simple and enough.
Great swimming pool. It’s best to have fewer people. It seems that I am the only one. I am very happy.
The staff can almost all speak Chinese. They help to call a taxi and help to get things. The service is really much more sincere and friendly than all other hotels I stayed in during the trip.
The boss is very good. He pays attention to details. It is warm and beautiful.

1. 酒店規模雖小，但房間很大，配套也很棒。
2. 位置雖不在古城區，但在平河邊獨享一分閑靜。
3. 必須要提的是，酒店服務超級好，前台非常熱情，有求必應。
回程時遇到清邁洪水，酒店附近道路受災，幾個服務員趟過洪水行走800米為我們扛行李，這不是一般的酒店團隊能做到的。很慶幸這次選擇了sannot，下次再見。

Unexpectedly, Chiang Mai was hit by a flood during the National Day holiday. Unfortunately, the beautiful hotel was also soaked by the flood. I thought that my 10th anniversary with my wife would be ruined. Unexpectedly, the owner and hotel staff cleaned up overnight and vacated two clean river view rooms for us. They also gave us very precious handmade gifts. I was very touched!
