The conditions are average in all aspects. It's relatively clean. It's just for one night. It's quieter than the airport hotel. . There is a gas station opposite, and the road in front of the door is prone to traffic jams. It is not recommended to stay here if you are catching a flight.

How this hotel is only a 3* I will never know. We have stayed here twice and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, cosy, immaculate rooms, lovely showers. Ironing board, iron in the room. Full Toiletries provided, hair dryer. Teas, coffee machine, hot chocolate. Lovely linen and towels, free secured parking. Honestly, it's fabulous. And water in the room. Can't fault. Highly recommended.

The Bridge is well situated on the river and close to the M25 and Heathrow Airport. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Amelia was ever present and really hard working and the hotel manages to attract a good level of local custom in the restaurant so does not suffer from the soulless atmosphere of so many hotels. The full English breakfast is top quality !

Very comfortable spacious bedroom and lovely toiletries provided. Great meal in the evening. Friendly staff and excellent service. Breakfast choices were limited and this is the first time I have not seen bacon on a breakfast menu! WiFi was poor in the bedroom so I had to sit in the bar to connect. We could not get the TV to work properly.

Room was spacious, nice decor, huge comfy bed, clean and overlooked the river. Saw swans, ducks, coots and great crested grebe. Bathroom had a motion sensor light at floor level, so didn’t need to turn on the light to use the toilet at night, which I thought was a nice touch. There was a coffee pod espresso machine in the room (and teabags and kettle etc) plus a fridge. We ate in the restaurant/pub, the food was very nice and also allowed dogs. There was a good, relaxed atmosphere. Parking was easy onsite, as they have a huge amount of parking with their underground and overground car park. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good value. We had full English which was nice plus continental bits. There was a selection of pastries including croissants (these were huge, too big really, I think mini ones are better in these circumstances), fresh breads, cereals, yoghurts, jams etc. Would stay here again.

Stayed here over two weeks for work. Was initially hesitant to stay as I use a wheelchair and there were certain issues I didn't think I would be OK with. However on the first night Matt the manager went above and beyond. He rummaged around the whole hotel and made ingenious use bricks to make the bed higher. Infact over my stay there was nothing too much for the team and I was made to feel very welcome. There was ample parking, the food is great, beautiful setting but what makes this place special is all the good people that run it. Thanks everyone.
