The Cheomside shopping mall is right across the traffic light. There is a 24-hour McDonald's right in front, and the friendly staff who know what you need and offer it to you before you ask were nice!
In Korea, you can't use the washing machine at night, so I asked the hotel, and they told me that it is available 24 hours, so I was able to do my laundry comfortably.
It was nice that there was a washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, iron, and safe, and it was great value for money. It seems like a hotel where you can stay for a long time! However, there is a siren sound day and night and car noise, but I personally think that it is a big advantage, so I can cover up these points!

Always specify that you do not want a pet friendly apartment. Also ask for a walk-in shower otherwise you may get a shower over a bath.

Pleasant stay and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and was close proximity to local shopping centre etc.

Overall we rated everything a 10 for us. From the excellent reception staff to ease of access, from secure parking to coffee and a light snack on the way out in the morning, to the locale of the hotel and the proximity to shops and restaurants - it was perfect for our stay. We have stayed here before.

The accommodation was in a great location, bus interchange a short walk away, Westfield shopping centre a little further away. Very convenient for getting around the city. The reception were very helpful and informative, told me upfront about renovations happening during my stay.

Quest Chermside is a conveniently located premises right across the road from Westfield, which has a wide range of shops, eateries and entertainment. The 6th floor apartment itself was roomy, newly renovated and quiet. The sofa and two lounge chairs were appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Service as great too. Who could ask for anything more?

Newly renovated room was excellent, secure parking and a very short walk to Westfield Chermside where there are shops, restaurants and Cinemas. Highly recommend.
