Cozy area, nice pool. BUT arrived on a sunday, restaurant closed, everything closed so couldnt even have something to drink during the Evening. Only minibar at room was at your sevice. Pretty broken Wi-Fi Aswell.

Great staff, service, room, property and food. Would stay here again without hesitation. Close enough to La Morra and other towns and restaurants. On site restaurant is very good for both dinner and breakfast.

Bellissima scoperta!( e ora ci avranno come clienti per i futuri soggiorni in zona!). Frequentiamo le Langhe da tempo perché lo troviamo un posto magico dove possiamo rilassarci veramente, assaporare la tranquillità del posto, assaporare piatti ancora come una volta ( per non parlar del vino che è sublime) e.... ricaricare le pile per ritornare poi alla vita stressante quotidiana. Nelle Langhe no. Stacchiamo completamente per alcuni giorni e questo ci fa bene! Il resort Limax Acis entra nel nostro libro ( book è brutto siamo in Italia) dopo una ricerca accurata. Volevamo... qualcosa di più del solito. E qui l'ho avuto. Il posto è stupendo, 4 stelle tutte meritate. Le camere come piacciono a me ( si lo so sono stato un pò pesante ma il gioco è valso il risultato) eleganti e con una pulizia speciale. La colazione al mattino buona con materie prime ottime. L'accoglienza prima di Fabio, e poi di Alessandra e di Chiara ( il capo) è stata squisita. Professionali, competenti, hanno capito subito cosa volevamo dandoci consigli appropriati, con nuove indicazioni, nuovi posti da vedere, nuove osterie, nuovi ristoranti. Sempre con garbo ma soprattutto con passione! Sono veramente stati bravi, mettendoci a nostro agio sempre. E' stato un vero piacere parlare con loro. Ci tornerò spero presto( ma sicuro che ci tornerò!) Ho veramente voglia di assaporare ancora il sapore del bello e del vero. Complimenti!

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questa struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio in cui il resort è immerso e la pulizia sia delle camere che degli spazi comuni. La piscina è molto piacevole e rilassante. La colazione propone sia il buffet, sia il menù a la carte, quanto proposto è molto buono ma il servizio e' un pochino disordinato. Al contrario, cenando al ristorante, abbiamo riscontrato un servizio eccellente ma non tutti i piatti proposti si sono rivelati interessanti e ben cucinati.
