The room is tidy but the interior style is very outdated. All of the appliances are in order. The bathroom is a pleasure to use. My window was looking at a construction site. I asked for laundry service and the staff escorted me to an underground floor through a back elevator, which I didn't like. Breakfast food is good, but the restaurant arrangement is awkward - there are only big round tables for everyone to sit together. The staff is very enthusiastic and helping. Overall the experience is good.

Stayed in the hotel for three nights. Just after checking in, someone came to fix the curtains. When the doorbell rang, they opened the door and came in. I answered the voice and then left. My husband was resting at that time! On the third day, I came back from outside to change into the hotel's cloth shoes. There was a band-aid crookedly stuck in the shoes (we didn't use band-aids ourselves). It was very strange. It made me have endless reverie in my heart! I told the front desk, but they just said ”Sorry, I'll change you a pair”. Later, they asked the manager to come to the room to deal with the matter. No one asked until I checked out the next day. Forget it... Life experience, it's really speechless 😓
