We had a hard time finding a seat (the table in the lobby was not open), and Food and drinks were not added in time, making it difficult to eat. When my mother was waiting for noodles, she was stood in line by someone. The person even yelled at her, saying she didn't stand in line because she was getting eggs. The quality of these elderly tour groups is very poor. The next day we went downstairs for breakfast after 8 o'clock to avoid this group of people and enjoy breakfast slowly. It is recommended that if the hotel receives a tour group, it first reminds the guests to have breakfast at a staggered time with the tour group or to provide additional seats.

The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. The lady at the front desk is very pretty and has a good service attitude. The whole experience from before check-in to check-out is very good. She will answer any questions and respond to any requests. The environment in the B&B is good, but the outdoor swimming pool may not be open in winter. The hygiene in the room is good. Children can play in the pool, but breakfast has to be eaten somewhere else. It would be better if breakfast could be enjoyed in the B&B. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is also good. Overall, it is good.
