"This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back."

"When I first checked in, there was hair everywhere. I wiped it with disinfectant wipes. Less than half an hour after I sat down, the bedside lamp suddenly fell off. It looked like the wire was broken. They asked me to change rooms. After I finally cleaned the room, they didn't agree to change rooms. There was no follow-up. After I checked out today, they called me to write a good review. I was talking about the problems with the room, and she interrupted me and asked me to give a good review. You can't say if there are problems with the hotel. Good reviews are a must. 🙃"
