"This hotel is fantastic! Check-in was super efficient, and they even offered a complimentary soda. All food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot, which was a really cool touch. The front desk staff provided excellent service. Our south-facing room had large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing great natural light. Since I didn't have time to do laundry, the staff kindly helped wash and dry my clothes and delivered them back to my room. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

The photo shown on the website is a scam, we lost our way finding it, the one shown on the website has closed down. So disappointed! The service of the hotel is also lacking, the front desk is a disappointment."

"The hotel catering manager has a very good attitude, responds quickly and sincerely to service defects, and makes serious improvements, exceeding the expectations of guests. The room temperature is too high, cannot be adjusted, wastes electricity costs, and is more than ten degrees higher than the outdoor temperature, which is easy to catch a cold. The guest service center can't solve it, so let's open the window for air. I tossed and turned for two hours and couldn't fall asleep. I could only lift the quilt and bare my thighs. The front desk treats diamond customers as scammers and will not put the room account on the account if you don't pay the deposit."

"Booked this hotel for my family. This Holiday Inn Express turned out to be better than I expected. Being a new hotel and part of an international chain, I generally wasn't worried about any unpleasant surprises. The breakfast spread was ample and delicious; the noodles and pastries (like croissants), in particular, exceeded my expectations. **Location:** The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions, which I actually prefer as hotels right by scenic spots can often be overpriced and lack quality. It's about a 20-minute drive to Feitianshan, half an hour to Gaoyiling, and approximately an hour to Dongjiang Lake. **Facilities:** Everything felt very new and well-maintained. Opting for a recently opened hotel certainly contributes to a much better experience. **Cleanliness:** Satisfactory, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. **Ambiance:** The lobby is very spacious and grand. While I can't quite pinpoint the specific style, it definitely feels high-quality and upscale. Overall, Chenzhou, with its beautiful lakes, unique Danxia landscapes, and grasslands, is a really pleasant place to visit with family on weekends or during leisure time."

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall experience was completely ruined by the poor attitude of the staff and lack of basic hospitality. Rude Staff & Bad Service: The staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable. When I was asking questions, staff members literally turned their backs on me. Whenever I asked for assistance, they showed a clear, dismissive attitude. I felt completely disrespected throughout my stay. Ignored "Do Not Disturb" Sign: This was the most frustrating part. I had valuable items in my room, so I explicitly hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door because I did not want room service. Despite this, housekeeping repeatedly walked into my room to clean. While clean rooms are nice, it made me constantly worry about the security of my valuables. What is the point of a DND sign if your staff completely ignores it? Terrible Soundproofing: The room door offers practically zero sound insulation. At 7:00–8:00 AM while I was trying to sleep, I could clearly hear aunties shouting and talking loudly in the hallway. Mediocre Breakfast: The breakfast was very mid—nothing impressive or worth mentioning. Overall: A thoroughly unpleasant stay driven mostly by how horribly I was treated by the staff. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I personally think the room is generally good. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The aunt who cleans the room is also very enthusiastic. The facilities in the room need to be improved. The electronic Xiaodu can only control all large appliances and lights. It cannot be decentralized. There is a ceiling in the bathroom with large stains. I don’t want to drag my luggage around. I didn’t change rooms. It needs to be improved. There is no wardrobe or refrigerator in the room, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast is average, with few varieties. Most importantly, there is no coffee or tea, and smoking is allowed in the restaurant. I personally think it is very bad. Maybe it’s because of the cheap meal fee. You can only say that you get what you pay for."
