Hotel gelegen in centrum, op wandelafstand van het kasteel . Oud gerestaureerd gebouw, goed in ere gehouden. Verschillende bijgebouwen. Aan de receptie geconfronteerd met Fransen die schabouwelijk Engels beginnen praten omdat ze horen dat Frans niet onze moedertaal is én na opmerking daarover en de uitleg dat we wat Frans verstaan en Frans willen spreken weer overschakelen op snelvuur Frans... Is trouwens zo overal in Frankrijk... Onze auto werd geleid naar een parkeerplaats binnen de muren van bijgebouw - smalle inrit - . Kamer op gelijkvloers. Groot ! . Stenen vloer. Goeie airco die bovendien aan aangenaam licht parfum lijkt te verspreiden. Bad naast het bed, op verhoog, niet gebruikt. Badkamer met goeie douche in hoek van de kamer, open. Wachten op warm water duurt even lang als wachten op een goal van de Rode Duivels - ze speelden die dag tegen Oekraïne. Aparte WC. Zithoek met TV die naar bed kan gedraaid. Kast met ijskastje en kluis. Nespressomachine, moeilijk . Goeie wifi - behalve op WC- Kamer geeft uit op binnenkoer met zitmeubilair. Enige kritiek op kamer : moeilijk te verduisteren, TOP kamer ! Ontbijt ok , raar dat dit niet ook buiten werd opgediend. Na wat moeilijke start bij onthaal voor de rest zeer vriendelijk aan de receptie. Kregen nog flesjes water mee voor de autorit . Top hotel , niet goedkoop maar kwaliteit !

Je tiens à faire part des relations commerciales déplorables que j'ai eu avec cet Ets. Lors de ma réservation au mois de juillet j'ai demandé 2 chambres en rez-de-chaussée pour début septembre. On me dit qu'il n'y a qu'une chambre en rez-de-chaussée et on m'attribue une 2nde chambre au 1er étage plus chère. A mon arrivée je réitère ma demande, à savoir une 2e chambre en rdc. On me confirme qu'il n'y en pas de disponible. Il a fallut que je démontre que j'avais beaucoup de difficulté à monter et descendre les escaliers, pour que l'on m'attribue, enfin, un chambre en rez-de-chaussée (moins chère). Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lorsque je vois sur la facture que l'on avait maintenu le prix de la chambre la plus chère. Il m'a fallut parlementer pour obtenir le vrai prix (moins cher) de la chambre que j'avais occupée. Je pense que je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement. Dommage car le service en salle est aimable et très professionnel, et la cuisine est bonne. Je pense que mentir n'est pas une bonne méthode pour conserver ses clients.

Avec mon conjoint, nous avions réservé une suite avec un dîner smartbox. Très belle prestation en hôtellerie et restauration, un petit dejeuner à 24 euros avec des produits frais !! Le coin spa est ressourçant et très calme. Belle carte de vins. Personnel aux petits soins mais un bonjour ou merci ou un sourire du patron aurait été un atout en plus 🙂. En dehors de ce manque de savoir vivre, je recommande sans hésitation.

l'hotel est très agréable, les chambres décorées avec soins, les literies très confortables. les petits déjeuners complets sont à la hauteur. mais au délà du lieu et de ses annexes (piscine, jaccuzi...), c'est l'accueil qui est 5 étoiles ! le personnel est au petit soin pour nous et avec le sourire, à l'image de leur patronne. merci de votre accueil et de vos précieux conseils.

Le séjour a été très agréable. Les chambres sont extrêmement confortable,le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié. Le personnel très gentil, a répondu à toutes notes attentes. De plus, l'emplacement est stratégique, pour se ressourcer et visiter les nombreux châteaux de la Loire. À refaire

Ce n’est pas un 5*. C’est daté et sale. Notre référence est le petit hôtel confidentiel à Chambéry. L’exigence d’un 5*. Peut être parce que nous sommes 2 hommes des traitements différents des autres clients. Peut être parce que la réservation a été faite par Booking, la chambre était très loin d’un 5*. Bref n’y mettez pas les pieds sauf si des travaux sont réalisés! La moquette est sale, la douche déborde (ne s’écoule pas). Le restaurant est à juste titre sans prétention. Même si les châteaux sont magnifiques, nous avons été très déçu par cet hôtel.

Complexe hôtelier parfaitement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Un havre de paix où tout est idéalement pensé pour le bien être et confort des hôtes. Accueil charmant, chambres climatisées et matelas très confortable , restaurant délicieux, service parfait et chaleureux, piscine hammam, jacuzzi, bain froid, espaces extérieurs avec salons de jardins, potager ,animaux de la ferme. Un petit paradis, notamment lorsqu’on voyage avec son chien qui y est fort bien accueilli

We planned on staying there but then chose a different hotel but did go for gastronomic lunch. Oh was I glad indeed that we did not stay. The property sits right on the road and is tiny so for those who prefer spacious areas please look further. On our entry we were greeted with a women who was I belive a Manager. There was no smile, no anything, just "Name". I felt as if checking into jail. Then she couldn't find our lunch reservation for 4 even though I had the screenshot of confirmed reservation by them. She gave the worst attitude and told me to go speak to Hotel Réception. Who found my reservation right away. With further negativity she seated us to a small room that smelled like fish market mixed with chlorine. Horrible smell in the restaurant! Throughout, the service was mediocre and when I asked for recommendation I was told smth along the lines of what do you want to know, it all depends what you like. Of course it does but it's not how you provide walk through the menu for the guest. At the end I squeezed a fish description off her that one is more mild flavour vs another stronger. That's about it. The food was nothing outstanding and I was very glad when we left. Out of 3 weeks our trip in France it was hands down THE Worst experience on all levels.
