Great location for Mylapore. Hotel is the center of a calm, friendly compound (several buildings up a driveway), a nice haven from ordinarily busy noisy India. Room large and comfortable. Good all-around vibe. Lots of food shops within a couple blocks walk (for my fruit, peanuts, etc) . Only vegetarian restaurants within compound, but I got nice clean chicken meal next door. Great value.

In my life I have never seen this type of hotel, Chennai is my home town also, I booked this hotel room to meet my business clients discussions, when I was checked in alone, during checking in I informed the receptionist later I will have guests to meet me,
They said the guests were not allowed to go inside the room , only we had to sit down in the lobby only,
I came here to close my business deals, how can I open my laptop top in the open place and sign the contract documents, more over we have to do cash transaction also,
This type of management system made me fed up ,
I am Very disappointed about this hotel.

Overall good. Slightly old looking rooms. The fan switch was not working. It would have been nice if we have the control on ac. There is only on and off and we can't set the temperature. The staff are friendly.

Poor customer service, dirty rooms, bare minimum inclusions ignored in person. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly from previous guests.

we didn't stay. requested for cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances ( death in the family). but hotel was stubborn to so. I requested for date change if not cancellation accepted. still refused. money minded people. great loss for me
I feel in future I should do the booking directly with the hotel people. will be better

The room is very clean and tidy. The staff members are very courteous. Room service and the food in the restaurant is really good. Nice and calm atmosphere. It's a traveller's delight to visit new wood lands.
