Treebo Eco Stay Nandanam

Not that comfy in staying. Lot of mosquitoes in the room with no mosquito repellent. Linen not at all good. Towel supplied is of ages and with holes. Linen and towels to be replaced. No restaurant attached. With a small pantry like thing supplied coffee only in the morning and one item of breakfast (Upma) supplied. Stayed in Treebo hotels earlier, the last being in Coimbatore. But this one in Chennai is no good.

Gets the basics right, mostly. Toilet was clean. Sheets did not smell. AC was working. WiFi was decent. There's a hot water kettle. Basic no-nonsense breakfast On the downside: no iron box to borrow (common guys). The layout of the rooms is odd, with the noise of the people gathering at the common table making into the room easily. I had a family in the adjoining room with the kid crying at 11.30 pm and 5 am. They did accommodate my request to move to another room, however. For what I paid, in that location, I would consider again if on a budget and all I need is a clean roof over the head and working AC. However, I see that the prices are a bit higher on the site now. In my view south of INR 1500 would be in the VFM territory. At 2k+, it starts feeling expensive for what it offers.

My overall experience is good.great location helpful staff Hygiene and cleanliness could be improved Specially the furniture and accessories. Rooms are competitively small As true to eco stay the place is surrounded by greenery

It was a very pleasant stay in this place for 4 days, served by a mix of various ethnic staffers.. The local people are very friendly in providing direction information at your request. This is a budget hotel.

But for the location which has proximity to T Nagar and Mount road, didn't find any positives in this place. Observed following issues: 1. Scanty regard to COVID protocols. 2. Water provided in refilled bottles. Hygiene extremely questionable. 3. Cockroaches observed. 4. No tea kettle, tea bags, sugar sachets etc 5. No toiletries. 6. No matter how much you flush, after some time, feacal matter (probably) from upper floors accumulates in the WC.... 7. No attached restaurant 8. Poor staff responce even after being told in unambiguous terms....
