First of all, this is not a 3-star hotel. They dont have standards of a 3-star hotel. I travel-led with my family last weekend and we had a very bad experience during our stay. My parents were stuck in the elevator for more than 15 minutes and though some one was right outside they failed to respond and take necessary action. There was hardly any power during the night and they dont have a generator for alternate power. The staff dont have empathy and lack any customer experience. Overall, i wouldnt even give 1 star to this place.

Rooms we stayed were good. Staff were courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was average and the utensils calls for replacements especially spoons, forks and plates.

Dear sir madam good morning inside the room hot water is an issue and we couldn't charge our mobile because none of the plug points are in good condition. Kindly pay attention. Car parking is dirty. Regards

Worst, the room which they gave me is unhygienic with marks on bed cover and they charged me extra when i check in worst experience
