It was a disappointing experience. The washrooms and rooms were dirty, which triggered my allergies and made my stay very uncomfortable. It felt like a complete waste of money, considering the poor hygiene and lack of maintenance. While the outside ambience was pleasant and somewhat redeeming, it couldn’t make up for the subpar condition of the room. It definitely was not what i expected, and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and hygienic stay.

There was no water in toilet during stay time. terrible hospitality and worst rooms. staffs were bad behave. Supervisors are coming for quarelling. toilet was terrible. cup boards completly broken. There was no lock at toilet. Security was terrible. Not any special scenary around resort. Never recommended this resort to anyone. they are telling 4 star hotel. Not any quality for a star hotel. Only interesting to loot huge money. completly waste time and happy. lost all mood and happiness of vaction with family. i never re think this day. completly dissapoibted rooms and staffs. My experience at this resort was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. There was no water available in the toilets during our stay, which was unacceptable. The rooms were in terrible condition—cupboards were completely broken, there was no lock on the toilet, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly, and even the supervisors were confrontational instead of helpful. The security at the resort was inadequate, and there was no special scenery or features that justified the price they charged. This resort claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it fails to meet even basic standards. It felt like they were only interested in taking money rather than providing quality service. My family’s vacation mood was ruined due to these issues, and I deeply regret choosing this place. I would never recommend this resort to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Lot of mosquitos in room. Not cleaned well. Intercoms are not working properly. Food is so good, especially nv. Room service is very delay.

I didn't expect this from a luxury and renowned brand like VGP. The room is lacking basic amenities. We paid per night which completely a waste. The kettle was stinking with milk smell. Floor is not clean. The floor mat is dirty. The restaurant is good but they didn't provided the 10% discount on Tea, coffee and evening snacks. Room service is good.

Staying at vgp was a terrible experience. We had to change rooms three times due to issues. The toilets were extremely dirty, there were moments without electricity, and the room even got flooded because of the bathroom. It was by far the worst experience, and i will definitely not be returning.
