When i first checked in, i faced some unexpected issues in my room, which impacted my stay. Although the initial response was not ideal, the hotel team quickly took steps to resolve the situation they offered me a room change. Ms. Priyanka were very cooperative and made sure i had a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel was good but nearly they took an hour to make me check-in and they gave me a room card which was not activated and i went to 4th without knowing it and when i tried to go down to the reception i'm unable to access since my card is not activated. And later some how i made it to the reception and later they gave me another card and i went to my room and the room seemed good but the wi-fi was not working and the bathroom i faced issue while flushing a toilet more than a once and i had to call them and they which was not good and i have requested top floor but they gave me 1st floor

Hotel is located near SIPCOT and is hidden behind Novotel. I think it shares premises with Novotel as the entrance to both the property is same. I could neither find a Valet nor help with my luggage. Anyway, super fast and quick check-in was done. Surely the room was spacious and neat. Had a comfortable bed. A small "couch" occupied a corner and practically you can store your baggage. In room amenities were sufficient. The restroom was small to my liking. It's more like a cubicle. It was neat and amenities were basic. Shower area is too small. You cannot literally turn inside. Check-out was swift as well. Overall, worth the stay and for the price. But as a Hotel brand better standards are expected. Amenities, valet, baggage helper etc. Hope to stay again.
