The location is good, transportation is convenient, eating is convenient, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very good for a short stay on a business trip. It's just on the side of the road and it's a bit noisy at night, but considering the location and price, it's not a problem.

I stayed here before the epidemic, and I felt a sense of familiarity, so I came here again, and it felt familiar. The newly renovated room upstairs has a freshness, simplicity and good lighting! I heard that the window glass has also been replaced with sound insulation, and the effect is good. The front desk still has a familiar warm smile, and I am still very satisfied with the check-in experience. This is the Spring Hotel!

The hotel room is not big but has everything you need. It is very clean and there are many sockets in the room for charging electronic products. The breakfast has everything from Chinese and Western food, as well as local specialty ice powder and skewers. The variety is not much but it changes every day, which is very attentive. The front desk staff, floor cleaning aunt and restaurant staff are all very service-minded. After we checked in, we wanted to adjust the two rooms to two adjacent rooms, and the front desk helped us very quickly. The floor cleaning aunt was very friendly. Seeing that we brought children, she took the initiative to give us two more bottles of water. The restaurant staff was also very enthusiastic and cleaned the dishes very quickly. The overall service reflects the value of the Holiday Inn chain. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers, and washing powder is provided. There is a wholesale market near the hotel, which is lively during the day and quiet at night. The hotel provides free parking. Finally, the disadvantage is that the elevator waiting time is too long during the peak check-in period at night, because the elevator is relatively small and the rooms are all above the 18th floor. If it is a tourist accommodation, the transportation is slightly inconvenient and it is a bit far from the scenic spot, but because the hotel is very cost-effective, it is also cost-effective to take a taxi in and out.

The location is very good for me, the price is reasonable, the parking lot is large, and the security uncle is very nice. It was raining that day, and the uncle asked us if we needed an umbrella. The service is impeccable! When you enter the room, the first thing you see is the national flag on the bed, followed by milk, snacks and facial masks on the table. The details are in place! The most important point is that the bath towels and towels in the bathroom are packed in outer bags, which look very hygienic! I will stay here again when I come to Chengdu in the future! Recommended!

The beautiful boss is very warm and thoughtful. The room is very clean and has no odor. It has a separate washing machine and refrigerator. The location is also very good. It is very close to the subway station Simaqiao Station Lines 3 and 7. It can be reached by taking the Chunxi Road subway to the south in half an hour. If you go north to the Giant Panda Base, you can take a taxi for 16 yuan and you can get there in half an hour. If you go to the eastern suburbs, you can still take the subway and you can get there in half an hour. It’s economical and worth recommending.

Great hotel, great value for money. The service is very good, and every staff member has a great attitude! I need a non-smoking room with my child, and they helped me arrange a non-smoking room. There is free underground parking, and there are many parking spaces. It is right between the first and second ring roads, and it is very close to the subway station, and it only takes two or three minutes to get there. The location is great! It was a really great experience, and I will choose to stay here next time!

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel, I had a cozy room with a good view, the beds and showers are very comfortable, I always look forward to returning back to my room at the end of a hot day. The room is understandably not perfect with cracks in the wall, but is clean and very good enough for the price paid. Staff are okay, helpful with basic questions but not out of the way.
Location is convenient, a 10mins walk from the railway station if you exit correctly from the EAST exit (do note if you exited from the west exit you need to walk an extra 15mins around the exterior of station).
Overall I would really love to stay here again if I have a chance.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

GGuest UserVery professional parent-child hotel. Professional means being able to grasp the needs of families with children. Children are happy and adults are naturally satisfied. The hot spring pool is open from 10 am to 11 pm. There are many indoor and outdoor pools, and children have fun playing. The small river island also greatly satisfies the children's desire to explore. There are also various facilities in the small river. Children should not be too happy. Praise the staff Zhang Yongjie. He is very nice. Seeing that we can't row a boat, he took the initiative to take us two adults and two children for a walk in the river. Jintang Sofitel is not a very popular hotel. If people are not crowded, the experience will be pulled up again. It is recommended that parents who are afraid of crowding check in, and they will definitely come with excitement and return with satisfaction.

The door is a password lock, the water heater is gas-powered, there is a refrigerator, the water is provided by Nongfu Spring, and there are air conditioners in the room and the living room. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast and hot pot restaurants at the entrance of the community are very good.
The room is three rooms, one of which is a little small, and the living room is separated and renovated.
The location of the house is very good, it is convenient to take a taxi and subway anywhere. Downstairs, across the road is the Kuanzhai Alley, and the People's Park is also downstairs. Take a walk, run, and experience the slow life of Chengdu.

MM. NurhaikalGreat hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available.
Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

Self-serve laundry service - washing machine is free to use on the 4th floor. The room has a slight smell of mold, but the manager have promised to solve the problem with the cleaning company. All in all, the hotel is value for money, I am very happy with the stay and I will recommend it to my friends and the family.

The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++)
Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀
I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
