A very good stay experience (✪▽✪). The lady at the front desk upgraded the child's room and gave her a small panda gift. The room was very clean, the bath water was very good, the air conditioner was also very good, and the room service was also very good. It was the best stay during the trip. The front desk staff was friendly. The front desk lady upgraded me for free on the day I checked in. The room layout was very comfortable. The decoration style was *******. The only thing missing was that the bed sheets made me itch after sleeping.

I was pregnant and was afraid of bacterial infection. I never mopped the floor. I was asked if I wanted to change the quilt and towel every time. I couldn't tell them to change it every day. One time, I even put the quilt on the tea set. The hygiene needs to be greatly improved, otherwise I would not feel at ease. I was itchy in bed last night.

It is a 10-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport and is suitable for temporary accommodation. The hotel has an airport shuttle, but you can only enjoy it once. Don’t make a mistake when locating a hotel. There is also a second phase, and this hotel is in the first phase. The hygiene is really not good, because we arrived at night and were too lazy to change rooms. We had a lot of hair, couldn't we see the hygiene! Quite disturbing. We stayed for one nite in NICESOE hotel. Then the next two nights we went to Jiuzhaigou. The good thing about NICESOE hotel was they allowed us to put our luggages at the storage (front desk) so we didn't have to bring our many and heavy luggages to Jiuzhaigou. Nice. Later on we came back from Jiuzhaigou, and stayed for one more night in Chengdu at NICESOE hotel. Our luggages were safely kept in the hotel. Thank you NICESOE hotel for the luggage storage policy. Thanks to all front desk staffs, especially Yang An An, who was very welcoming to us even though we checked in very late (about 11pm).
BTW, you can rent electric Tuktuk to bring your luggages back and forth between the hotel and Hongpailou station at very cheap fees.

This is our Nth time here, and this hotel just meets all my expectations for travel and for the passionate and youthful young city. GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

GGuest UserVery professional parent-child hotel. Professional means being able to grasp the needs of families with children. Children are happy and adults are naturally satisfied. The hot spring pool is open from 10 am to 11 pm. There are many indoor and outdoor pools, and children have fun playing. The small river island also greatly satisfies the children's desire to explore. There are also various facilities in the small river. Children should not be too happy. Praise the staff Zhang Yongjie. He is very nice. Seeing that we can't row a boat, he took the initiative to take us two adults and two children for a walk in the river. Jintang Sofitel is not a very popular hotel. If people are not crowded, the experience will be pulled up again. It is recommended that parents who are afraid of crowding check in, and they will definitely come with excitement and return with satisfaction.

The door is a password lock, the water heater is gas-powered, there is a refrigerator, the water is provided by Nongfu Spring, and there are air conditioners in the room and the living room. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast and hot pot restaurants at the entrance of the community are very good.
The room is three rooms, one of which is a little small, and the living room is separated and renovated.
The location of the house is very good, it is convenient to take a taxi and subway anywhere. Downstairs, across the road is the Kuanzhai Alley, and the People's Park is also downstairs. Take a walk, run, and experience the slow life of Chengdu.

MM. NurhaikalGreat hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
