Facilities: The room is quite satisfactory, the room should be equipped with a luggage rack, the bedside socket is not in the right position (on both sides, not above the bedside table. Hygienic: relatively clean, especially the linen (replace it when you check out). Environment: The traffic is very convenient, and it is quieter away from the town. The bathroom smells great, there is no elevator, the bathroom is full of small bugs, and the sanitation is generally not going to live next time 😰

The B&B is very cost-effective, has a good environment, and the waiters are also very friendly. The breakfast is really too simple, only noodles, noodles, milk and eggs. The clear soup noodles taste too average. The price of this breakfast is really not cheap, and it is inconvenient to eat out. I suggest you have more varieties. Also the mattress is really hard.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel, I had a cozy room with a good view, the beds and showers are very comfortable, I always look forward to returning back to my room at the end of a hot day. The room is understandably not perfect with cracks in the wall, but is clean and very good enough for the price paid. Staff are okay, helpful with basic questions but not out of the way. Location is convenient, a 10mins walk from the railway station if you exit correctly from the EAST exit (do note if you exited from the west exit you need to walk an extra 15mins around the exterior of station). Overall I would really love to stay here again if I have a chance.

The location of this hotel is really good, just opposite the big Chunxi Road, and it is very convenient to go to various places. Facilities: It is a smart home, very convenient, and a small robot will deliver takeout to the door Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Very good, there is a parking lot downstairs Service: The butler service is particularly good. Here I would like to especially praise the two front desk staff, one is Xiaoxue when checking in, and the other is Xiaoyue when checking out. They are very thoughtful. It is a thoughtful little shop Exquisite snacks: The souvenirs are very surprising

This is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info. The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel. Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything! She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated. The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey! The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

Really clean room, and great great service, amazing staff that helped me with my stay as well as recommend where to go and helped me to book a taxi when I was running late. Great view too

Great hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available. Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

FANTASTIC! My friend and I had a great stay at Nostalgia Hotel (KuanZhai Alley ChengDu). The location is very convenient, just a 5-6 minute walk to the metro, and we loved the hospitality of the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we communicated like friends. Thank you for hosting us. The warm gestures, like reminding us to have a light supper before bed after returning late at night, helping us with laundry, giving us eye masks, and leaving small notes, were overwhelming! The hotel breakfast was good, and we were lucky to stay during the Chinese Dumpling Festival and got to taste bak zhang in ChengDu style! Yes, the room might be smaller, but it was sufficient, and the hotel's ambiance is cozy. I've already recommended it to a friend who will be visiting ChengDu soon, and they have booked their stay. I will definitely come back! Thanks again.
