The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed.
