Recently, there were more meat and fried dishes, which felt a bit greasy. The service was suggested to be improved a little bit. The restaurant lacked service. If you wanted to have breakfast, you had to book a room to buy breakfast. One morning, I wanted to have breakfast and went to the front desk to buy it separately, but they wouldn't sell it to me. The entrance, with its bamboo grove reminiscent of Kyoto's Tenryu-ji Temple, looks even more atmospheric when beautifully lit up at night. I had booked a suite with a private soaking tub, but regrettably, we arrived too late to fully enjoy it. Breakfast was an acceptable Western set menu, but it was a pity there were no other options. Compared to standard star-rated hotels in the same price range, both the service and attention to decor details fell short. While the Hansgrohe and Grohe bathroom fixtures align with the hotel's brand aesthetic, they were unfortunately poorly maintained; faucet screws were loose and wobbly, affecting the experience. Furthermore, the micro-cement-like wall behind the bed was cracked, indicating a clear need for regular maintenance and upkeep. A trash can was also conspicuously placed at the entrance/exit of the guest room corridor, which was neither aesthetically pleasing nor pleasant-smelling. In summary, while the hotel is beautiful for photos, its overall cleanliness and maintenance management definitely need strengthening.
