Hotels in Yulin Life Plaza and Tongzilin commercial area, Chengdu

I booked this hotel since it is an international hotel chain. However neither of the staff were able to communicate in english or help us in other way. Whereas other hotels communicated via WeChat and helped us. And breakfast was only provided for one person even the booking is for 2 Adults. Location is not so convenient for main attractions and all the services we received were average. Only good thing is there is a really nice hotpot restaurant nearby.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance. Be sure to come out of Nijiaqiao Exit E. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful. It is equipped with many disposable items, which is reassuring. The bath towels are also thick. The surrounding environment is quiet and I can sleep well at night. The front desk provides polite service. Overall, it's very good. Because I was short on time this time, I haven't tried all the surrounding food. I look forward to coming back next time!

Overall, typical Kempinski experience, though not the best one. Staff servicea up to standard. Location wise, not the best as not in the main shopping belt area and nearby food or attractions not as extensive. Requires metro services with change of lines to get to main districts of attractions. Another area of improvement is the breakfast. Breakfast selection is standard, but no enforcement of dining policy. We saw many people coming in with hotel slippers which should not have been allowed.

Room serviced apartments, the room was clean, with the kitchen table and a fridge. nice view, great location. very convenient to talk to the personnel through wechat. definitely recommend. good value for money 100%

Check in went very fast and convenient, front desk prepared the room in advance. Also the hotel inquired a day in advance about our stay requests. Rooms are clean, spacious and have all you need. Beds and Bathroom are comfortable. Breakfast room was very crowded and noisy, choices of food and drinks are good, staff has been very prompt and helpful. Thanks for the housekeeping for the nice surprise in the room for the kids, they loved the tent!
