The perfect stay experience at the Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, made me, who has always had high requirements for the quality of accommodation, feel extremely satisfied and surprised. The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu not only shows first-class standards in hardware facilities, but also makes people feel the true meaning of home in service.
The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, the lunch buffet in the executive lounge is also exquisite and delicious, and the after-meal desserts and cocktails can feel the chefs' dedication and superb skills in every bite. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is elegant and atmospheric, and the details are luxurious and comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, but for people like me who are used to sleeping on harder pillows, it would be more perfect if a harder pillow core option could be provided. I was particularly moved by the sweet Cinderella's meticulous and thoughtful service, which made us feel the warmth of home in this city. From the warm welcome at check-in to the quick response to various needs during the trip, it is always met with a sincere smile and a professional attitude. Next time I come to Chengdu, this will still be my only choice.
