Hygiene: The overall is still in place, equipped with disinfected slippers, mineral water, room password locks, bath towels, etc. are very considerate; the equipment in the toilet and bathroom laundry room is also very thoughtful. Activities: It is expensive to notify activity information on the elevator blackboard and group chat. I don’t have time to participate, but it’s pretty good. The overall privacy of the room is also good, but the overall sound insulation and ventilation are average. The functions of the youth hostel are very rich, and the framework is well built and complete, but the service and information notification still need to be improved. First, due to the short wait when checking in, the front desk was busy and there was some information asymmetry due to different personnel. There was some confusion when storing luggage (one person asked me to put it directly in the luggage room, and another person checked the luggage card I filled out and then helped to put it. When picking it up, one person asked me to go in directly and then another person asked me to wait). Including the situation where the luggage storage is not picked up on the same day, it costs 10 yuan a day. During the storage process, I was not informed or explained at all. I only found out that it was a charge item when I came back to pick up the luggage after the trip😂
