前台服務垃圾得狠、我訂的房間顯示一份早餐，前台説這個房型沒有早餐，把我手機拿過去看了訂單有一份早餐.然後開好房到房間發現單子上顯示無早餐，我到前台去問她到底有沒有早餐？很不高興的給我手寫了一張。在春熙路工作就高人一等？訂個二百多的房間在她眼裡就是乞丐？華住旗下現在這麼垃圾了？

The hotel location is good, close to restaurants & shops. Our rooms are clean. The only thing that we're not happy with was the check-in process, which took half an hour for a family of 5 with 3 rooms after a long day trip back from Jiuzhaigou. They should train the reception better so they can work efficiently. There was no other guess checked in at the same time when we checked in, so it shouldn't take that long.

Not sure the house keeping change the pillows n bed sheets every day, we experiencing itchiness for the duration of stay
