This perfectly met our family of three's basic breakfast requirements for our stay, and we were very grateful at the time. However, Lucy went above and beyond for us, relaying our feedback to the hotel management. We are incredibly grateful that the hotel promptly responded to our needs by upgrading our original package (one breakfast, one afternoon tea) to *two* breakfasts and one afternoon tea, all without any change in price! After the package was updated, Lucy contacted us immediately, guiding us through cancelling the old booking and rebooking the new one. This thoughtful gesture not only ensured breakfast for our family of three but also allowed our child to enjoy a special 'World Games' themed cake. Beyond the exceptional service, the room facilities were, of course, top-notch. Our child was absolutely delighted watching the planes. The hotel's Western dinner offered excellent value for money, and the breakfast quality was absolutely superb. Everything was fantastic. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the proactive customer-centric approach shown by staff like Lucy, who not only thinks for the customer but also takes concrete action. And, of course, the hotel's incredible responsiveness to guest requests! Our child still hasn't had enough of watching planes, so we certainly hope to stay here again in the future.
