The hotel should be an apartment converted into a hotel. The room is fully equipped with washing machines and refrigerators. The sanitary conditions are also acceptable. The service sister at the front desk and the midnight snack sister are very enthusiastic. The child accidentally broke the bowl, and they were also very friendly and did not say anything about compensation. The key is that midnight snacks, breakfast, fruits, and drinks are all free, and the ingredients are also very fresh. Compared with the price of about 300 yuan for normal stays, it is very worthwhile.
Because I brought two children out, and the children are picky about food, I basically didn’t eat anything these days. Here, you can mix the seasoning for cold noodles by yourself, and the children ate a full bowl. At about three o'clock in the afternoon, I came back from the Global Center. There was free afternoon tea with white fungus soup, which was very considerate.
I had breakfast, afternoon tea after a day of playing, and midnight snacks started at 8 o'clock in the evening. There was food at any time when I came back, which was very warm or cool. It was really considerate and felt like living at home!
The boss was generous. I saw that many hotels considered costs and refused to give an extra bottle of water. Service attitude Some hotel waiters also looked at you with slanted eyes when they saw you eat more or take an extra bottle of water. Thumbs up to the hotel, the boss, and the service staff.

I was very satisfied with the hotel after checking in. The first thing is the security. You need to swipe your card to take the elevator back to the room, which isolates you from outsiders. The service is also excellent. The hotel assigned me a housekeeper, Anna, who responded very promptly. To my surprise, she helped me to upgrade to a room with a view on a high floor. The room layout is great, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable to sleep in, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The service staff are also very polite after staying for a few days. Xiao Duan even asked me if I wanted to delay check-out the day before leaving the hotel, which was very considerate. In short, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience and butler service experience of InterContinental, and I will choose it next time.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel restaurant downstairs is very used locally and not only by the hotel, so it is full of life and a vast amount of choices in a buffet style. Furthermore it has a playground for the kids.
The free shuttle is like a whale which is fun for the kids, and it stop by the shopping centre, also with a area for kids.

The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. Slippers, shampoo, toiletries and other facilities are complete. It is clean and tidy, the sheets are white, and there is no hair in the toilet and shower. The transportation is very convenient. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the subway station. There are supermarkets and cake shops downstairs, and there are all kinds of food on the underground first floor. I came to Chengdu to run my first marathon in my life. Only a good stay can complete the race safely. I finished it. The front desk also gave me half an hour for free so that I had enough time to rest. It was very loving.

Chengdu became a trip to remember, especially because of my hotel accommodation at Nicesoe Hotel.
If you have an early return flight scheduled, this hotel is one of the best places you can find because of its proximity to the airport (roughly 20 minutes based on experience).
Dayuan subway station (Line 5) is also 12 minutes away if you are just walking. Meanwhile, Saiho Mall and Citywalk also offer some varieties for local shops and bars.
The service was also top notch for me. Shortly after the check-in, they got in touch by adding my WeChat and establishing the communication line. Through WeChat, they were able to check on me and offer assistance for much of what I needed for the duration of my stay.
When I started my holiday, I actually sprained my left foot and they were very generous in offering their ice packs so that I can treat my sprain.
In addition to these, they also suggested places of interest that I can visit around Chengdu.
My luck was on a roll and I won lots of toys in the lottery. Unfortunately, my luggage wasn't enough to bring them all. Thankfully, one of their personnel, Rose, assisted me in shipping them back to my home city.
The overall experience is amazing and I am totally satisfied with the services, plus the hotel room I got which was overlooking the city. If you are a first timer in Chengdu, I would really recommend this place! They are true to their word that they had posted in their basic information page: Any foreigner, of any nationality is welcome!

The whole hotel is full of panda elements. Drinks are prepared in the lobby, which are very delicious. Miss Nina at the front desk received us very warmly. The room is clean and tidy. GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

The hot spring pool is open from 10 am to 11 pm. There are many indoor and outdoor pools, and children have fun playing. The small river island also greatly satisfies the children's desire to explore. There are also various facilities in the small river. Children should not be too happy. Praise the staff Zhang Yongjie. He is very nice. Seeing that we can't row a boat, he took the initiative to take us two adults and two children for a walk in the river. Jintang Sofitel is not a very popular hotel. If people are not crowded, the experience will be pulled up again. It is recommended that parents who are afraid of crowding check in, and they will definitely come with excitement and return with satisfaction.

RRuffsHotel staff were friendly and helpful, located centrally within walking distance to 望平街 which houses many cafes, restaurants and other interesting stalls. Also near the 太古里 area which houses the famous shopping district comprising of various luxury brands.

The door is a password lock, the water heater is gas-powered, there is a refrigerator, the water is provided by Nongfu Spring, and there are air conditioners in the room and the living room. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast and hot pot restaurants at the entrance of the community are very good.
The room is three rooms, one of which is a little small, and the living room is separated and renovated.
The location of the house is very good, it is convenient to take a taxi and subway anywhere. Downstairs, across the road is the Kuanzhai Alley, and the People's Park is also downstairs. Take a walk, run, and experience the slow life of Chengdu.

MM. NurhaikalGreat hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available.
Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++)
Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀
I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
