I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

I came out for fun during the National Day holiday. I like the decoration style of this hotel. The room also prepared more water according to my request. The breakfast buffet is very convenient and rich. The front desk service is professional and fast. Check-in is super fast. I feel at ease when I check in. The room facilities are quite new, the bathroom has a shower, and there is a retractable clothesline. The room has electric curtains, and the overall environment is not bad. There is a street with various barbecue hot pot food not far downstairs, which is very convenient for finding food. It seems to be close to Shuangliu Airport. Standing by the window, you can see the planes taking off and landing. Our room is next to the corridor. When I opened the door, I felt a smell of oil smoke. The customer service staff on the phone came to deal with it immediately. I got up early the next day to catch the flight. When I checked in, I told the front desk staff about the situation. In the morning, they thoughtfully prepared a nutritious breakfast with egg sandwiches, yogurt and fruit. The children were very happy to eat it.

I returned to stay after my trip to xiling snow resort and was happy to see Manager Echo at the reception who once again upgraded me again. The room was as large as my previous upgrade and on the level below the top floor, making the view even better than my last stay. Breakfast was as good as can be and I brought my kids to enjoy the pool which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a good rest and be pampered with great services. During the National Day holiday, I went to Dujiangyan with my friends and chose this Crowne Plaza Hotel. The location is easy to find and is very close to major scenic spots. It takes about half an hour to get there. The YOYO service at the front desk was warm and quick to check in. The room is relatively new and the equipment is smart. It is perfect for hot springs in cold weather. The breakfast is also rich and varied. Overall, it is good.
