Hotels Near Arte Museum Cheng Du in Chengdu

I stayed with my children during the Spring Festival. The place was easy to find and very close to the memory of the eastern suburbs. I was very satisfied. The only small suggestion I have is that the room has a bit of a smell. I hope the boss can pay attention to the ventilation of the room to avoid it.

The room is warm and comfortable, and every detail reflects the hotel's care, allowing me to enjoy the comfort of home. The bedding is of high quality, soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a deep sleep every night and feel refreshed the next day. The sanitation in the room is excellent, and every corner is clean and tidy, making me feel at ease and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is excellent, and it can maintain a constant temperature whether it is hot summer or cold winter, making me feel very comfortable. The bathing facilities are complete and of high quality, allowing me to enjoy the bath while also feeling the hotel's emphasis on guest comfort. The service attitude of the front desk brother is very humble and polite, and he is serious and responsible in doing things. Next time, I will continue to choose to stay in their hotel

The room was super big and I was pleasantly surprised! The space is very spacious and comfortable! ! I came here with my elders, and breakfast was delivered to my door on time every day. Everyone in the family was very satisfied! The geographical location is also very advantageous. It is right at Exit B1 of Dongjiao Memory Station, and diagonally opposite Tianjie and Dongjiao Memory! You can see it from outside the room! There are a lot of delicious food around. When I came, I had too much luggage, so the staff pushed a trolley to get it. The service was very good! It was very comfortable to stay for four nights in a row. There are many trendy brand stores here in Dongjiao Memory and rich food. If you stay in Dongjiao Memory, choose this one! Strong Amway!

There are two reasons for choosing this Star City hotel. First, the room layout and hardware decoration are very simple, and the warm colors make people feel comfortable. Second, the service can be said to be very considerate. I have stayed in other hotels, but this one gives me the feeling of really attentive service. I said that this is my first time in Chengdu, and the beautiful lady at the front desk patiently explained many places in Chengdu to me in detail, and told me how to go upstairs and so on. Third, there are many types of breakfast, which are very rich and delicious. And no matter where I go, as long as there are staff, they will take the initiative to say hello. In short, this Star City hotel left a very good impression on me, and it is also my first impression of Chengdu! Thumbs up

The location and the service of the hotel is not a problem, the staff is friendly and try their best to help, but money wise is not the best option. I selected the hotel because was closer to my friend and also because I have had stayed in Hilton’s hotels before and always is a nice experience, this unfortunately was not the case. First, the lobby has a very strong smell to toilet, the four days of my stay was the same strong smell. Second, the room was clean and nice but you will just find water and not menu for room service and empty minibar, the tv has 60 channels and only 3 are foreign channels, and only one fully in English language. And third, the breakfast is very basic, limited options and mostly the same every day. As I mentioned is not a problem of location or staff.

The hotel has a great location. The subway station is just below the building, and it is very close to the Dongjiao Memory Panda Base. This time we stayed in a room on the 28th floor. The view from the window was great, the breakfast was very rich and exquisite, and there were freshly cooked noodles and wontons, etc. The most satisfying thing was that there was a free laundry room, which made washing and drying very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chengdu!

The hotel is located in an area full of places to eat. Just go downstairs and sit down at any of the restaurants serving delicious food. The hotel is an apartment hotel located in building block A. There is an A and a B. So, when you get off the taxi on the street, you need to walk inside a little until you see the building A and go up the lifts to level 18. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful, communication was through wechat and they instantly reply to any questions and offer any help you need. The room is clean and comfortable. I had a view that looked across the road. The windows give excellent sound proofing, so very quiet in the room. The air conditioner is also very effective and quiet. There is a washing machine＞ Excellent idea. I used it every day. And I was happy to keep all my clothes clean. The room rate for the location near the metro station, the restaurants, a bar across the road and the nice room and service is very good value for money. I recommend these rooms and I will stay here again.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel, I had a cozy room with a good view, the beds and showers are very comfortable, I always look forward to returning back to my room at the end of a hot day. The room is understandably not perfect with cracks in the wall, but is clean and very good enough for the price paid. Staff are okay, helpful with basic questions but not out of the way. Location is convenient, a 10mins walk from the railway station if you exit correctly from the EAST exit (do note if you exited from the west exit you need to walk an extra 15mins around the exterior of station). Overall I would really love to stay here again if I have a chance.

Perfect stay at the hotel, personnel is very kind and competent: they help us very quickly every time. Room is very comfortable and breakfast is delicious.
