The room and hallway were dirty. The walls were paper thin. The best part of the stay was eating breakfast and leaving. Pay more and stay elsewhere. It’s really surprising that a hotel across from a college campus would be this bad. Nothing else to say.

Upon checking in I was given a room after going into the room and found water all over the floor as you walked in, one of the lights wasn't working either. Go to front to change rooms given a different room upon walking to this room The clerk from the front desk was chasing me down no cannot give this room so back to the front desk to get a new room which is on the second floor and the elevator is not working. In the morning the door handle found off in my hands and I was unable to get out of the room until the front desk person came to release the door from the front. No real no breakfast. I was never so happy to get out of there .

This hotel does not fit any standards or stars. Im fact, it should be shut down. I booked for graduation weekend because there was no availability anywhere. I worked in and walked out. I sont care if i sleep in my car. I paid for 1 night, $330. The rooms are dirty with the smell of mold. There are stains on the carpet, bugs, exposed wires hanging by the entrance , garbage by the front entrance, and I can go on and on. Don't ever book this place for any reason. 3 star is very misleading. Please read reviews on their website. They say it all.

Good budget hotel: the room was big and offered all the comforts. Lots of pillows and towels in the bathroom, professional staff.Breakfast was good: I have to say I will be coming back because the price for all you get at this hotel is very good . This is probably not the place for you if old wallpaper bothers you. In fact the whole place could use a renovation but I didn’t mind it. Perfect location for Binghamton University, practically across the road.

Area not the best. Huge potholes leading into hotel. Very dark entry. Carpets throughout stained and dirty. Room had an unidentifiable smell. Up to my ankles in water while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Bed was ok. Breakfast only adequate. Didn’t feel totally safe at this hotel. Would not recommend. Many better options for the same price. Will never return and will never use Quality Inn again.

Worst hotel experience ever! First, we were given a room with no spigot for the shower. Upon waking the next day I discovered that the bed was infested with bedbugs. When I approached the hotel management, they were not at responsive to learning about the terrible conditions of their hotel. They told me that the room we got was given to us by mistake and that it was not supposed to be used. I was still charged full price for my stay

I booked a nonsmoking room and when I walked in it smelled bad like smoke not like the hallway or checkin area. The owner(?)the man who checked me in was rude. He tossed my key back at me on the counter and said it doesn’t smell to him.I asked if he could just offer me a different room and he said no. I kept the room because it was late at night and there was a wait to talk to the company I booked it through.

Drove in and drove back out. Parking lot was poorly lit and totally overgrown with weeds. If it looks this bad on the outside, I’m not taking a chance on the inside! Wish I’d taken some photos but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
