Fab place. Very central. Felt safe. clean and good quality apartment. Even text me to check in early as apartment was ready. Comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen well equipped For a night stay. Even left us some milk to have a cuppa. Parked at Waitrose overnight cost us about £5 for 24 hours (5 min walk from apartment).

5. Brilliant location close to everything. Easy check in. Great communication. Very clean and plenty of amenities , shampoos , shower gels etc. the kitchen was well stocked with teas and coffee and the orange juice , cereals and milk left for breakfast were very welcome. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Cheltenham. Very clean with top notch amenities. Beautiful decor and an extremely comfortable bed. Nice surprise to have some snacks, coffee, tea, milk, juice and cereal. Parking was very convenient. The communication from Roy was exceptional. Emails answered quickly and text messages when the apartment was ready for our use. Overall, a great night’s stay in a very comfortable place. Thank you

The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfy. The people working there are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are in a very convenient position. There are also a lot of useful gadgets and kitchenware provided and a smart TV.

The Strozzi Palace has very comfortable accommodation in a great location within easy walking distance of central Cheltenham. The location was nice and quiet with nearby secure parking. The staff were really helpful both prior to arriving and during my stay.

Nicely decorated, modern apart-hotel in a great location. Easy to check-in using the app and everything was on-hand. Very clean as well. It was good value for the quality of the rooms and it was even close enough to the park to do the Saturday Parkrun if you like that sort of thing.

We had a terrific stay at the Strazzi palace - the location was perfect - a short walk to the train station and loads of coffee shops, restaurants and parks nearby. The accommodations were spacious and immaculate. We felt very cozy in our little apartment in the heart of Cheltenham. Best of all our host Roy anticipated our needs before we did and helped us by storing luggage and switching rooms as we changed plans and arrived a day early and slipped out for a wonderful overnight adventure to Wales which was only a little over an hour drive but felt worlds away. We’ll certainly stay here anytime we’re in Cheltenham!

The Strozzi Palace are well appointed and well located apartments in the centre of Cheltenham. They are spacious and have a bedroom (extra large bed), lounge/kitchenette and bathroom. They are clean and well managed. Highly recommended.

Great location close to everything. Loved the large towels. Did not like the smell of smoke in the room or the mold in the bathroom. Check in over the phone was easy even though I arrived late. fresh milk in the fridge with Colombian coffee was nice
