Not only was he super friendly, but he also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, introducing us to Morocan's culture and even offering to buy the particular peanut butter brand they served at the breakfast table for us when we couldn't find it in their local supermarket. "A very charming riad right in the city center. If you arrive by car, they send you a map showing where to park. Then, staff meet you at the parking lot and escort you to the riad. The people are very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is delicious and served on the terrace with a city view. Highly recommend."

"Bathrooms have mould in the wall and floor tile grout. TV and air-conditioning were not working. Asked front desk for assistance but nobody came, a lot of apathy going on at the front counter and dining room. Breakfast buffet very limited compared to other 3 star hotels we have stayed in in Morocco. Rooms were clean and beds good. The staff at tge front counter and running the dining room should not be in the Hospitality industry as they are simply not hospitable, specifically Front Desk duties where you expect a smile."
