The room is not big. It is not a suite. There are not all toiletries and you need to prepare them yourself.

This is a hotel that goes above and beyond. The staff helped me when my suitcase feel open. They were very kind to my kids and my wife and I really enjoyed the amenities. The location to airport is very close and the staff was kind enough to help me to my car

Booked a two-queen room and was provided a king. This made for a lousy night's sleep. No apologies, no empathy, just "we have no rooms left". This place is mediocre at best. It's showing its age and the staff seem unhappy to work here. Pay a few bucks more, stay elsewhere. We're not particularly picky, but this place is not worth it .

The room had a microwave and a mini fridge with office chair and desk. The continental breakfast was good and it had many options. They could have had turkey or chicken bacon/sausages. The air conditioner was working great. They had a gym and a pool.

Bathroom door would not stay shut. Room was clean and beds were soft. We were only there to sleep. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was typical of a hotel. We would stay here again if needed. We did not use any of the amenities. The hotel had a shuttle to the airport

It was quiet even though it was by the airport. It was clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Check in was easy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was truly on top of their game. Also, I liked how there was lemon water in the lobby and a tv so I could check the weather.

Family and I stayed an extended weekend in a King Suite at the Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Complementary hot breakfast was a great bonus. Plenty of complementary parking too. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating at check in, breakfast and checkout. Hotel is conveniently located near everything and across the street from the airport! We were on a 6am flight back home so this was super convenient for rental car return and sleeping in a little later. Would definitely stay here again.

The closet doors were broken, there was not enough pressure in the shower and the hot water heater was not working during the stay which caused a lot of inconvenience as we have a small kid. The breakfast also didn’t have enough options for vegetarians.

Room was clean,staff was friendly nice place to stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. My family went to Niagara Falls and it is a short commute, and a much better alternative to staying in the overpriced hotels up there
