The reception was very cold, the service attitude was very poor, the key could not open the door, the second time I went to the reception desk to reset it, I still couldn't open the door. We were very happy to be in this place. We got number 13, London. Excellent decoration, cozy balcony, comfortable bed, room fully equipped: kitchen with cooking pan, teapot, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dish, washing machine, there is tea, sugar and soluble coffee; in the bathroom heat, spacious, Quality towels, there is a vent; safe, smooth board, tug and even umbrella! It is evident that owners are very concerned about the comfort and comfort of visitors. In the room there is a TV with a lot of channels and the possibility to watch, for example, YouTube. It was very nice! They got a great pleasure! It is nice that the staff speaks Russian. It is very valuable that at Watsap are sent more detailed instructions on how to get to them, get to the room, etc. Recommend!

I have stayed in this hotel after number of years. With my wife, we appreciated all changes in the hotel - excellent food, very friendly employees, Nespresso Tea and Coffee at no cost in our room including mineral water daily replenished. Especially. we loved the breakfast and food. Lovely selection of wines. We were really positively surprised.

The hotel is from the 1970s, what you can see from outside and cannot change. We had booked a junior suite with romantic arrangement. The suite was in the 4.Etage. Rooms and bathrooms were re-renoved and very clean. However, why not exchange the old desk and the bag, remains the secret of the hotel manager. The applications in the beauty farm were a pleasure. Both the back massage and the face treatment. However, special emphasis is to be placed on kitchen and service. Where and when, always friendly, helpful and present. The two dinners (1 x Candle Light dinner, 1 x A-la-carte) were very delicious and there were rich portions. Very good price-performance ratio. Even at breakfast was all great. Select on buffet, kitchen staff and service .... Small Wermut Tropfen: When we arrived at the hotel on Saturday night at 22.45 after the show visit at Luisenburg, the complete gastronomy was already closed. There were also several groups, including about 20 guests, in the hall. We had a drink over the night gateway, but would also like to use the hotel bar to take a drink. That the bar was closed just eleven before, we couldn't understand for a Saturday night. Damage ....

The location of the hotel I visited in Marianske Lazne two years ago is average. This time I chose it again. The location is very good. From the station to the door you can take bus number 5. You can tell the driver the name of the hotel. About 6 or 7 stops. There are some good restaurants near the hotel, compared to two years ago, some hotels have started killing customers. There are not many fried fish at a hotel called Cesky Divor, there are not many excursions to the mainland, and it is not indicated in the main tour route map, so I recommend it to everyone.

This is one of the best hotel of this chain in Marianske Lazne. I would like to mention several main areas…. Room…Spa procedures…Eating. Room…We had an executive suite containing two small rooms with balcony and the bathroom. Rooms were nice, but not everything was working properly. Defect on the floor just behind the main entry doors was quite weird and the first impression was quite bad. It was not possible to manage the Air Condition system directly from the room even though there was some remote control unit on walls. This was second bad impression. There is a large TV in both rooms. Bathroom was nice, quite cold without any floor heating. Towel warmer in the bathroom did not work. Another bad impression. Bed was large enough, mattress was comfortable. But what was really horrible are pillows and duvets, sheets and total bedding full of some artificial not comfortable materials. This was really bad. Spa procedures were just perfect. I enjoyed many of them and always I was satisfied. Nothing to add. Just use them. Eating…We had a half board scheme. There was nothing I was missing during breakfast. Quality of all food was just perfect. Dinners were delicious. Buffet form of dinners is something you really enjoy. General conclusion? This was a really good stay. The staff here is really friendly. Atmosphere of the hotel is very positive. There are several details in the room which need some refurbishment, but the overall service, as I felt it, was above high average. Parking…it is possible to park your car here. There are not many parking slots in front of the hotel, so the service must be reserved in advance.
