The hotel owner is very friendly. After changing rooms due to special reasons, the experience was great. The indoor facilities were very clean, the surrounding air was fresh, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores. And it is very close to Thames Grove Conservation Area (city park name), making fishing very convenient.

This is a great place! The owners and staff are so friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and have everything I needed, and it was nice and quiet. A very walkable location to food and convenient stores. Such great value and a great experience overall. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The manager was very polite & gave us the best of the best rooms. We were a party of 9 & booked 3 rooms. All the rooms were clean & good. We were in the new building & they gave us the ground floor as requested.

Recently went through hotels app and booked 2 nights here based on photos advertised. Let me tell you, YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO STAY HERE AGAIN! I made a mistake by just looking at photos instead kf reading reviews, as I had lucked it so many times lately. Wi-Fi advertised constantly out, failed connections. Filthy stained beds they tried to cover up but, could see right through. No soap or shampoo, just empty wrappers. Bugs everywhere. I was completely exhausted so stayed 1 of the 2 nights paid for. They refused refund of course, fortunately hotels app gave credit because the motel wouldn't do anything but, the pictures here tell it all.
