酒店環境還不錯，設施稍微有點老舊。一開始給的房間有點潮、很難聞，後面換了一間。周邊有超市有餐廳，購物吃飯都很方便。

Bed Bugs!!! Filthy Place!! Stay Away! Staff is awful . Don't help at all don't admit to anything not even one sorry. Coffee station has small ants crawling everywhere. That was my sign to leave . Room 723 was the second sign. We were so whooped from the 3 hour drive and uva hospital for my sick son we just wanted a clean room.

We booked a double king bed - Very disappointing NO SUCH THING HERE - bathroom door does not line up to close properly. Lists a bar restaurant - ALSO FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Would not stay here again - pop corn ceiling - we wanted a bathroom where toilet shower were closed off leaving sink- also not the case

In town for NCAA Baseball Regional. Great location near UVa campus. Desk staff very nice and went above and beyond to help. When milk was not available for sale in lobby, the night clerk went to kitchen and got me a glass. This hotel is a great value.

Great staff (shout out, James) at this Holiday Inn. Very clean and comfortable room. Plenty of hot water. Very clean bathroom. Bed very comfy. Kids loved the pool. Restaurant extremely limited and doesn't take cash. Have stayed at this property many times and would recommend it to anyone who isn't looking for extreme luxury.

Clean, well-appointed room with comfortable mattress. The hotel Is conveniently located near a great shopping center with walkable street of stores and restaurants. James at the front desk greeted us with a warm Charlottesville welcome and departure. The rest of the staff was equally friendly during a very busy weekend. If by chance you are attending an event at Common House or Gallison hall, it is a great location.

The customer service was fantastic. The rooms were clean, food was good and the coffee was available 24/7, and the atmosphere was very nice. Want to give kudos to Michelle, Ila, Tee who were behind the desk for check-in/checkout on all three shifts because they deserve raises and acknowledgments. I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel has three of the best employees that I have ever seen as far as customer service goes. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent!.

The place was staffed by amazingly wonderful people! We have traveled through this area several times over the years and never stayed with them, our mistake! Very well maintained and clean but again the staff is the diamond!!!
