It belongs to a normal motel, the location is good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are places to eat and gas stations, there is some smell in the room, it should be damp, and the price/performance ratio is relatively average.

The beds are hard there was no Kleenex shampoo or conditioner in the rooms and the towels are very small. The room is clean they don't have continental breakfast.

Paid $400 for a room I didn’t get, traveled 17 hours to get there and arrived late. Room was prepaid because I was late, hotels kept my money and charged me another $222 for a no show fee.

Terrible experience, we arrived around 12:20am in morning, nobody was in front desk , we was waiting 2hr to someone show up, but nobody did

On arrive it looks very run down, once checked into our room it was suppose to be non smoking and it smelled like smoke, i made 2 room reservations and they gave one away before i got there, the room we did get the sink was leaking and the bathroom was a mess, no pillows or a comforter on the bed. Very disappointed

I was switched to a better room but, there were plumbing issues with the first room I was given. The manager was polite and professional. I just wished the property was as polished as she was .
