We had an amazing stay at 86 Cannon! It is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. We stayed in the cottage and it was gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and bikes available as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!

We couldn’t have loved our time at 86 Cannon more. The individual rooms were lovely- beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great coffee. However the common areas made our stay exceptional! The porches or piazzas with the heavenly breakfasts and 5pm wine and cheese were the perfect places for two couples to convene and relax. The pool was perfect and the little pool house was just lovely! Our innkeepers, Lizzie and Alana were personable, fun and made us feel perfectly at home and pampered! Can’t wait to return!

86 Cannon is an absolute gem! The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm, attentive staff who made sure every detail was perfect. The historic charm of this beautifully restored inn combined with modern touches creates a cozy yet luxurious ambiance. Our room was pristine, with the most comfortable bedding and lovely decor that showcased Charleston’s style. The complimentary wine and cheese each evening was a delightful touch, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh, local options. The location is ideal, within walking distance of great restaurants and sights. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel was extremely charming and the rooms were well appointed with luxurious linens. The bed was so comfortable I kept asking my husband to get me those pillows. The breakfast HH are a nice touch. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved the ability to borrow the bikes! We would definitely stay here again.

The room was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable! We stayed in the Piazza King room located on the first floor. We were close enough to walk to everything but far enough away that it was a quiet and private stay! The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

86 Cannon was absolutely gorgeous; a beautiful mix of historic, classic, and modern decor and vibes. The staff was amazing! Best continental breakfast I’ve had and my husband and I enjoyed the daily happy hours with personalized charcuterie boards and wine! The Infinity pool was also amazing and loved the honor system for drinks! I can’t imagine ever staying somewhere else when in Charleston.

No hassle booking and checkout. No surprise fees. Clean. Daily housekeeping. I like that management communicates via text - very convenient. Located near downtown Charleston. Walking distance to King Street. There's even a café right across the street for a quick meal if you're in a time crunch.

Our stay at 86 Cannon was perfect. The buildings and pool are beautiful, and there’s so many thoughtful touches. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every night we crawled into bed we said how comfortable and cozy the bed was! The breakfast and wine and cheese were lovely!

Will definitely be back to 86 Cannon! The rooms were very comfortable, the grounds were beautiful and the service was fantastic. We came with our work for a long getaway and it was so relaxed and easy. Loved having the bikes to ride around. The wine and cheese were very good and the pool was private and beautiful. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a real Charleston experience that is first class. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
