I would give this Hampton Inn & Suites a solid 4 stars. The room was a little dated, but adequate. However, the breakfast bar that was included was way better than your average Hampton Inn. There were plenty of options both hot and cold available. Also, every evening they had fresh baked cookies. I haven’t seen that before at a Hampton Inn. Overall, a good value.

Nice, but lots of stuff broken e.g.broken ice machine, understaffed room services, sinks and tubs slow movers to leaving dirt residues after cleaning or showering. Pool and hot tub out of service on Sunday and Monday of our stay in late July. POOL season!! Folks. Breakfast and front staff excellent. Got extra towels etc from nice maid service while in the hall.

Really nice hotel. Close to Harpers Ferry National Park, WV attractions and tubing. Great breakfast options with different choices everyday: eggs, kielbasa, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Very Clean, stayed in King suite. Clean pool to relax. Close to Antietem National Park in MD, 20 minutes. Only 1 1/2 hours from Luray Caverns in VA.

After an earlier booking at a nearby hotel (where we discovered that our room had a broken A/C unit and they did not have another room), we called the Hampton Inn. So accommodating. Bedroom was delightful, breakfast delicious. All employees were great!

Whenever I cannot stay at the Home2Suites, I try to stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff here is great and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a microwave and small refrigerator. This property also has a nice fitness center including a Peloton, which is the reason why I choose Hilton over Marriott.

Quiet, conveniently located to nearby attractions, Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed and bedding., no road noise. Bed, commode and chairs all a good height for mobility the mobility challenged in this roll in shower room. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Awesome staff at this hotel. Vanessa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were nice and helpful too. The rooms here are nice and clean. The 4th floor was very quiet. They had a good selection at breakfast.This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Harpers Ferry. It was also close to Shepherdstown where we went for a nice meal and drinks at the Bavarian brewery. I definitely recommend this hotel if in the area.

The front desk with Devin was awesome in reserving our room and then very accommodating when we arrived. She offered tips for places to visit around the area. We were visiting for a wedding and she was very helpful answering any questions or concerns on the accommodations from the hotel to our venue and worked with the bridal family in providing a personal gift to the guests that was very cute and also tasty after the long ride we had. Our housekeeper Leeann was also very friendly and took the time for conversation and her advice for what we were searching out to explore while in the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the selection and service at breakfast. The attendant at the breakfast bar was also very friendly and aimed to please. The visit there was a very positive experience and I would welcome the chance to stay with this hotel again. Thank you for the smiles!
