Une matinée glaciale J’accompagnais mon amie , à qui nous avions offert un soin au spa, en cette matinée glaciale et pluvieuse de décembre (le 14). Ça devait être un super moment mais voilà… rien ne va ! Nous sommes dans les premiers clients, et pour commencer la saleté nous saute aux yeux: cheveux dans les bondes , transats et tables non lavés, touffe de cheveux dans les vestiaires … Puis petit tour au jacuzzi, on se dit c’est cool mais pas trop chaud, on va essayer le hammam et là grosse déception! Il ne fonctionne pas . Quand on le signal à la responsable , elle s’excuse vaguement et nous dit qu’elle va le mettre en route . Bon ok , allons au sauna , douche obligatoire avant: seule 1 douche a de l’eau chaude ! Puis le sauna est tellement tiède que nous ne transpirons pas ! ( c’est le but généralement! ) Bon on décide d’aller dans la piscine en attendant que le hammam soit opérationnel. Là c’est le bouquet ! L’eau est froide aussi , je ne peux pas y rentrer!! Voilà déjà l’ heure du soin de mon amie , je réessaye le hammam, tiède . Quand une goutte d’eau froide me tombe dessus je décide de partir !! Je profite d’une douche chaude avant de m’habiller. Quand je rejoins l’entrée la responsable envoie une adorable employée me servir des mignardises en compensation !!! Je ne savais pas qu’elles étaient pour mon amie et moi! Cette dernière apprendra que le hammam ne fonctionnait déjà pas la veille ! Berf! 50€ la douche c’est beaucoup trop cher!!! La responsable n’a pas été à la hauteur de notre déception…

The rooms are enormous and the service from all staff was really a 5/5. Free spa amenities wet and dry saunas, hot tub, pool with nice robes and slippers provided with the room. There are only 22 rooms so they get to know each guest very quickly. Great stay and would highly recommend.
