差評。雖前台服務人員很好，但第一次遇到硬件這麼差的酒店，類似大車店。還有整理房間人員對丟到房間東西不告之，不歸還。

已經第三次住潮州迎賓館了，前兩次是在疫情前住的，給我留下美好的記憶。這次住的房間是兩年前新裝修的，但好像沒有原來住的房間大，估計是後面的大樓還在裝修吧，但迎賓館服務挺好的，對我們提出問題耐心解答，指路明確，這裏停車很方便！周圍吃美食挺方便！下次還會來住！

丟盡潮州臉面的迎賓館，新裝修採用的設施極差，馬桶是搞笑的TOYO牌，雜牌不説質量還很低劣，早餐食品也很次，與迎賓館的定位差太遠，再也不會來這家了。估計裝修款被嚴重瓜分了。

環境衞生可以，如果不裝修確實很好！停車也很方便。等裝修好了，還是推薦入住的
