房間非常乾淨，衞浴設施齊全，洗澡水非常好，老闆服務意識很好，剛出發還沒達到機場，聯繫短訊就發到手機上，加上微信後，到達潮州的出行地圖，美食都發到手機上，感覺就像在自家出門逛街的感覺，毫無壓力緊張感，到達民宿後，熱情介紹房間情況，提行李，又免費升級房間，把幾個閨蜜調到一層樓，老闆像鄰家朋友見面似的。總之非常滿意，五星好評。

位於老城區，出行方便。老闆很熱情，推薦了實用便捷的遊覽線路。房間設施一般，淋浴下水堵塞，造成不便。協商解決後比較滿意。房間清掃很乾凈，服務有求必應。

酒店位置十分優越，鬧中取靜，距離牌坊街、開元寺、美食街都十分方便，都在步行範圍內。訂的房間有點小，除了床幾乎沒有其他空間，有點侷促了。

在小巷子裏，晚上到可能不太好找，巷子裏有指示。一共四層，沒有電梯，店家會幫忙搬行李🧳洗臉盆的熱水熱的比較慢，淋浴間的地漏可能有問題，滲水很慢，需要時間讓它自己慢慢流下去。去景點吃東西都非常方便。
