酒店設施很齊全，有自己賓館的停車場，前台服務很到位。就在西湖公園對面，去古城內走路大概20-30分鐘。

位置就在潮州西湖門口, 非常方便, 地點適中, 好評。
職員很熱心、有禮貌, 加酒店的微信後, 會發給你一份簡介, 介紹附近一些景點、美食, 連距離和營業時間都有, 很貼心, 好評。
店內環境整潔, 大堂還有漢服供住客免費借用, 只是款式不多, 而且有點髒, 應該不經常洗, 中評。
晚上大堂有位小妹表演古箏, 樂曲悠揚, 好評。
還有三四種花茶免費供應, 好評。
每晚19:30大堂還有晚安糖水供應, 只是我不好甜食, 不評。
房間設施齊全, 小冰箱、咖啡、梳洗用品一應俱全, 還有茶具供住客泡荼, 好評。
浴室的花洒是銅製的, 雖然有點古色古鄉的味道, 但太重了, 很容易摔地下, 差評。
另外房間的隔音很差, 住我隔壁的小朋友半夜一點多還在大吵大哭, 差評。

酒店位於潮州西湖牌坊對面，位置方便，步行到古城才10分鐘左右。酒店帶點中式設計，房間明凈。到酒店時早上11點左右，房間還沒攪好衞生，方下行李箱便出外去，到一點左右，酒店給電話通知，行李箱已放房間裏，👍。這敞入住了露台房，遺憾的是露台外的樹太壯大，阻擋了視野。
