Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. The environment is very good. The room is very spacious and has a bathtub. I didn't want to take a bath at first, but I saw that the merchant was very considerate and provided a disposable bath mask and bath liquid, so I took a nice bath. The service of the little brother and sister at the front desk was very good. They helped me wash and dry my clothes thoughtfully. I will stay here again next time I come to Chaozhou. My friend saw me taking photos and she wanted to come too, haha.

Hygiene: Clean and comfortable The space is big enough, we booked it! It is a two-and-a-half-story suite, each room has two beds, a large tatami, and each room has an independent toilet and bathroom. There is a living room on the second and a half floors, where you can eat, drink and chat with friends. Service: The service here is definitely more than the room fee😊 There are self-service disposable sets and water on the second floor, so that guests can take them at any time without having to call someone. When we arrived at the hotel, the air conditioner had been turned on for us, and it was comfortable. The disposable items are all independent and complete. The suite we booked also gave us drinks and instant noodles. The curtains are very well maintained, unlike the hotels I went to before, which were all rotten. The curtains are electric! ps: I ordered takeout at night. For safety, the takeout man did not come in, but the boss actually helped to bring it up. This is a surprise! The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is not far from the ancient city, but there is a distance, so it is not noisy. The hotel has a sightseeing bus to Guangji Bridge, but due to traffic control, it cannot be delivered to the front. Walk along the Hanjiang River and buy a hairpin to make a hairdo. The things in the scenic area are not expensive. This must be praised for the ancient city of Chaozhou. There were not many people in the scenic spot yesterday, and it was convenient to eat and walk. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and took the initiative to upgrade our room type. The room is quite large, the pillows are very comfortable, one latex pillow and one low pillow. The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and hand soap are all orange-flavored, which feels very good. The breakfast is also good. There are not many people. The noodles and rice noodles are delicious, and there are oil oranges and yellow peaches. There is just a small problem. The small floor lamp is too sensitive at night, and it will light up when turning over. Everything else is really good. Recommend friends who go to Chaozhou to play must choose here.

Jinxin Hotel has a good location. It is easy to find by car. There is a free parking space next to the hotel. You can park there. The environment inside the hotel is beautiful. The hotel front desk is nice and considerate. There is an elevator. The facilities in the room are complete. The sanitary environment is also good. There is free self-service flower tea and hot drinks. I will stay here again when I come to Chaozhou.

Absolutely amazing, every little detail. The hotel is charming, beautifully designed and the rooms are spacious, with every convenience of modern living - better than a five star hotel in almost every way. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and have tons of very very good recommendations for restaurants and services. From drivers to rentals to the best things to see. The restaurants we tried on their recommendation were excellent. Far better quality than most on the walking street - I just wish we had more time to try them all - two days was not enough. The rooms are perfect for two couples or a family, the bathroom has enough privacy, and they have very nice quality amenities. The air conditioners keep the room warm in winter, and the beds are very comfortable. You can also bring back food from outside to eat in the common courtyard. Would very highly recommend this hotel if you are going to spend time in the old city. One of the best I have stayed at.

The most incredible hotel stay in China after more than 3 weeks travelling around Xinjiang, Beijing and Xiamen. I have only superlatives in describing every moment and experience at Chaozhou Nanyi from the cleanliness, rooms, beds, bathrooms with the latest high-tech toilets, showers etc. The deco along the passageways, room layout is just so tastefully laid out. The unit I had comprised a master bedroom, another separate single room, a spacious sitting/tea/tv lounge, 2 separate bathrooms with latest high-tech features and a walk-in closet. The breakfast is more than ample from a western to a noodle station to suit your choice of ingredients. Tea and light snacks is served every afternoon, including a late night bowl of noodles, if you are hungry. This hotel surpasses my every expectations of what a top 5 stars hotel should be, much better than some of the Kempinski’s I’ve stayed in, in Europe! And it’s surprisingly affordable! No doubt my hotel of choice in Chaozhou!

It was the first time I took my family to travel to Chaozhou. I wanted to find a hotel that was close to the ancient city and relatively quiet. I ended up staying in this hotel by chance. The hotel is very new and not far from Guangji Bridge. It is very convenient to travel. The mattress in the room is It's very comfortable. Hot water comes out instantly in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety at this price. The noodle cook is very enthusiastic and makes me feel like I'm staying at home! Overall, I am very satisfied. I will definitely stay again next time I come back. Very satisfied!
