The room is quite spacious, even for 4 people, 3 adults and 1 child, and 3 suitcases, it doesn't feel too cramped. The roof terrace garden offers a view and tea tasting, which is also a highlight. The overall feeling of the inn is simple, clean and sanitary. The store has a good service attitude and strong sense of service. It feels very good.

The hotel is opposite the West Lake Park. As soon as we arrive at the hotel, the front desk lady will help us with our luggage and welcome us to the hotel. I took my daughter to Chaozhou to travel and booked a twin room. The room was clean and tidy, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The 12-year-old daughter immediately sat on the bed and told me that the bed was very comfortable. She wanted to watch Internet TV and TV programs. Everything, the room space is quite large, there is a set of tables and chairs, I bought sesame tea downstairs and just sat up to drink. My daughter drank it and it was delicious. We were in a very comfortable mood. I slept all night and the bed was really comfortable. My daughter shouted that she would stay for another night. It was funny. I could see that she really liked this hotel. This time we came to Chaozhou for a trip. We not only watched the light show, walked through Guangji Bridge, visited the archway street, tasted the West Road snack street, but also experienced the hospitality of the locals here. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

The room decoration is simple and elegant, and it is kept very clean. It is also equipped with tea-making tools, which is very friendly to those who can't live without tea. It is also good for friends who don't know how to plan their trips. The store directly shares food check-in itinerary guides and also provides electric car rental services.

Location is very good, out of the crowded area but within walking distance to the historical city center. West Lake is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The street in which the hotel is located has many shops, restaurants and eateries. The hotel is new and well maintained. Sound-proofing is good, there is no noise from the street. Reception staff is efficient and kind, both check-in and check-out have been smooth. Considering the price, facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is working very well, stable and fast. No any negative aspect, just a suggestion for improvement: there is a small but quite well equipped gym room, however some equipment is out of order. A little effort on maintenance would be a chance to earn full marks... :)

The room is elegantly decorated and is a 15-minute drive from the food court. The boss designed the tea room with great care. It was a pleasure to drink tea and chat with friends. The boss has good taste, the accessories and green plants are very eye-catching, and the tablecloths are very nice.

This is a high tech hotel that uses AI and robots. Very innovative and impressive. 10 mins walk to paifang street from the lane next to the hotel. Plenty of nice food in the immediate vicinity.

My girlfriend came to Chaozhou and chose for a long time and still felt that this one was the most suitable. The room was clean and comfortable. The most important thing was that it was close to everywhere! ! ! There was Paifang Street right outside the door, so there was no need to order takeout at night
