Extended Stay America Suites - Chantilly - Dulles

We got off to a bumpy start as the original room assigned had been left unclean. The friendly staff quickly relocated me into a new room and were also able to provide the cooking utensils I requested. (some locations had not been able to do so). The staff is what saved the stay.

We were given a room with no working shower. Front desk said they were overbooked by ******* and Priceline and therefore nothing they can do. The facility is old and outdated and in dire need of renovation. Don't get fooled by "free breakfast" unless you think few tiny muffins and coffee is considered breakfast, and oh! you need to be there early to even get those.

*** Happen to Ed! This hotel has gone to sh!* to the point were we had to contact lawyers for advance on how to move forward. Corporate/customer relations has not been vary helpful, tho we do have more than one complaints in. So let’s begin… I personally stayed at this location before it was an ESA and was a long term resident throughout the hotel switch and after. When it switch to ESA the manager Edward was amazing! Other guest including myself loved him. I end up moving and my family still stays at this location. ( my mom, & sister) separately. There is now a new manager. “JB”. Who has hired new staff and him along with his new staff has been extremely unprofessional, rude, stank & sh*!y to my family who stays here along with other guest & staff who was hired before he got here. Example 1- one of the managers walked into my sisters room without knocking or calling because DOWNSTAIRS ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. While her kids were in there sleeping. (You don’t let urself into a guest room like that) then gave her a hard time and blaming her for a separate room smelling Smokey. 2- a guy who stays a door down from my moms room called her a N!**$er and was yelling and screaming at the cleaning lady saying racial Slurs. When mention to front desk. They called the manager “JB” who did nothing about it. So this ****** person is still in the building living a few doors from my mom. 3- there was a mouse in my moms room and front desk was called. Manger was there and refused to give my mom traps for her room or offer a solution for her. Instead he gave her attitude she had to wait tell the following day to receive them. 4- one of the ladies that work at night has been harassing my brother and being rude to my family. She has some hate towards everyone and is not professional. She told my sister she could not get keys fixed to get back in her room after dark (when she is working) even though they stop working on her. How can you regulate when someone needs their keys fixed to get back in their room? She also calls my mom room late at night to complain about things she has no attorney over. 5- one of the other staff who has been hired by the manager has been extremely rude to all of us. He rolls his eyes, talking inappropriate, smacks his lips, and gives major attitudes and he is not only doing this to us adults he has done it to the kids as well. That is vary inappropriate. 6- my mom has been leaving complaints but it appears to go to property manager “JB” who closes complaints and not deals with them. So his upper management dose not sees these complaints and our complaints are not being resolved. Within all this mess, him along with staff have decided to show they don’t like my family and is rude as f*%!k The list goes on…. My family is here due to an domestic issue and a company has been reaching out to this hotel but the manger is none responsive to the company. This is crazy experience and there are other issues that I did no

The facility was clean and staff was very friendly and professional. Miriam and Althea was always helpful and courteous they both made us feel like we were always welcomed. This will be our first choice to stay in Chantilly.

The extended stay was very convenient during my trip. Front desk made my stay easier with check in and also accommodate me with nearby restaurants and help me plan my day. Althea and Miriam were very helpful and provided some of the best customer service I have seen in a hotel.

After many stays here over last 2yrs, I'll never stay here again. A group of ***** lives there & are out most nights/ some days. *****, alcohol, loud fights. Mgmt was threatened so is scared to evict.

As a family of five, it’s not easy to find suitable hotels. ESA, however, was both affordable and spacious. The suite was clean and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shazia Mohsin, was especially amazing. She was always there to accommodate customer needs and desires. She was extremely kind and cooperative at all times, making our trip to ESA exceptionally pleasant.

I have stayed at other ESA locations and they did not even come close to the level of quality that this location did. What drew me to this location is that the kitchen is somewhat separate from the living/sleeping area, it has a stove and oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unlike other locations the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential needs, and even offered more if needed. The bed was comfortable and the location is ideal for my needs. The staff are super nice! I have always had wonderful interactions with every one I have met! From check in to maintenance, everyone has been super polite and friendly. The only downside is that the area can be a bit noisy being so close to the airport. There are a few channels that I like to watch that they do not offer, and the rooms amenities are not consistent. By that I mean I booked here 2 times (identical bookings) and the 2nd time my room was lacking in the kitchen, no pots/pans, very few dishes and missing a good deal of cook/flat ware in comparison with my first stay. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 5 nights while I was cleaning out my condo before moving out of it and had a pleasant stay. I checked in fairly late and the clerk was friendly and asked me if a 1st floor would be Ok, which was fine with me. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and was equipped with basic kitchen supplies. I purchased premium internet for $22, as I need to do some computer work and the speed was sufficient for everything I had to do. There was also ample parking. The only negatives were that sometimes I could footsteps from the floor above, and being near an airport, you'd sometimes hear flight noises in the morning, but of course there's nothing the hotel can do about that.
