The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The outdoor pool was beautiful and very clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, close to everything, and if you’re renting a car, there’s convenient parking available. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious, and the overall quality of everything exceeded our expectations. The jacuzzi was also clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. "Very clean and tidy business hotel, the hotel is located in the city center, a 10-minute walk to the old town and the port to shoot sunset and sunrise. A very good hotel to stay near Ganya, worth recommending. The only problem is that the hotel's own parking space needs to be booked in advance. If you don't book a nearby parking space, it will cost more than 20 euros per night."

"The welcome was really well organised and very friendly. They give you a little tour when you arrive and take you to your room, which is a nice touch and helps you settle in. The hotel is quite remote, but there are a few small shops and neighbouring restaurants close by that get you through. It’s good if you want to properly switch off — it kind of forces you to relax because there isn’t loads going on. A taxi to Platanias was €12, which was worth it for a change of scenery. We also went into Chania Old Town one evening, which cost €28 each way and was definitely worth it — lovely atmosphere, good food, and nice to have a wander somewhere busier. You can’t really walk to Platanias unless you’re happy with long country lanes, so taxis are needed. We walked the opposite way one day, which turns into a seafront path after about 20–25 minutes and has a few quiet restaurants and hotels. The lane outside the hotel gets quite dark at night, so take a phone torch. The food and drinks were probably the biggest let-down and stop it being a true 5-star. Breakfast – very limited hot food, and most of it just warm unless you have an omelette cooked fresh. Service could be hit and miss — a few times we had to chase coffee, and one morning they completely forgot us while we waited for a table. We ended up skipping breakfast a few days because it didn’t feel worth the effort. Lunch – also very limited, mostly salads and a couple of other options, so we went out most days. I love a dessert and very limited options with that too. We were only B&B thankfully, as other guests said the evening buffet was cold. The little restaurant Bossa Nova just down the road saved us — lovely food and great service. We went back a few times. You can order food and drinks to your sunbed which is a nice idea, but again, it’s the same small menu. Even things like smoothies don’t exist, so if you’re not drinking alcohol there isn’t much choice. We would have happily spent more money at lunch if there was a better range. Cocktails were normal hotel prices but nothing special, probably premixed. The pool is big and you don’t need to rush for sunbeds which are also really comfy. The towel lady is great fun. There was a DJ on Sunday which lifted the mood a bit — otherwise, it’s very quiet and everyone tends to keep to themselves. That’s good if you want peace, but it was nice to have a bit of music now and then. Evening entertainment exists but it’s extremely low key. We popped our heads in a few times but didn’t stay. The beach is right in front of the hotel and super convenient, though it could do with a bit of a tidy-up. Still, it’s easy to get to and we used it quite a bit. We had a pool-view room, which I’d definitely recommend — otherwise, you’ll be looking out at the car park. The left-hand side gets the sun in the morning, the right-hand side in the afternoon, if you like to follow the sun. The room was small with limited space to put things, but housekeeping was go"
