Très bon séjour à la Canée
Hôtel très bien situé. Il est très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement avec explications et conseil sur les lieux à visiter selon la durée de notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé plage à 20m et rue avec de très bons restaurant à 50m

I really liked this hotel , it has everything you need and on the beach.
Location is great , can walk to old town in 15 minutes.
Studio room is very comfortable and spacious, good shower etc.
The staff were very helpful.
Great restaurants around the corner from the hotel as well…..particularly Mikrolimano fish tavern.
All in all , I would recommend this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt am Strand und ca eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Betten sind gut, vielleicht ein bisschen hart und zwischen den Matratzen ist eine deutliche Lücke. Zimmer ansonsten sehr geräumig, wir hatten zwei schöne Balkone. Wir können dieses Apartmenthotel empfehlen.

Magnifique et merciiiiiiiii
Nous sommes parti fin avril mon fils et moi et nous avons passé un séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique. Très bien situé avec toute les commodités à proximité. L’hôtel a tout et plus encore. Le gros plus c’est le personnel. Anna a l’accueil est super agréable et le personnel de cuisine est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merci à eux et bravo. Le manager est aussi agréable également. Nous reviendront et nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Strand og by uden bil
Godt og rent mellemklassehotel i græsk stil og standard. Rigtig god beliggenhed, når man ikke lejer bil. Lige ud til god brun strand for enden af hyggelig strandpromenade med restauranter. Gåafstand til centrum. Gå langs vandet hele vejen ind til Venetian Habour - det er den letteste og smukkeste spadseretur, ca. 20 minutter. Venligt personale. God og billig strandbar åben til kl. 22. Skønne fritter, rigtig god Cretan Salad og god iskaffe til bare 2€.

Terrible Customer Service
I booked a luxury apartment for first night and upon arrival the receptionist told me that hotel is overbooked and they can not give me luxury apartment and I will only get a classic apartment!!
Since I am a light sleeper, a week before my stay I asked for a quiet room. Despite my request, they gave me a very noisy room facing a busy street that buses, motorcycles and cars passes all day! Their rooms are not sound proof at all! Originally I booked 4-nights, and after having one sleepless night, I decided to have early check out and I asked for a refund for the remaining of the night and they only refunded half of my money for the last 3 nights despite not being able to give me the type of room that I booked and being able to accommodate my request for a quiet room!
This hotel is not a 4-star hotel! Their rooms, lobby and customer service is not like a 4-star hotel. I stayed in more than 15 hotel all over Europe in last 4 years and never faced these issues in any other hotel!
