Whenever I come to a NATO conference in this area, I always spend some time at this hotel. This time was by far the worse treatment I have received from your restaurant staff. I had hair in my salad! I was NOT served the usual 3-tier plates for breakfast. I was given a dirty white tray and was told they were out of dishes. I DID NOT receive the usual fruit/yogurt bowl. I did not receive any bread. I did not receive any condiments with my meal. This was the WORSE treatment I have received from this hotel! My restaurant staff member was a male. My room number was 103 (I think.) I will need to look for new place to stay when I come in town for the NATO conference. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

EXCEPTIONNEL, chambre fantastique, prestation au top, le personnel jeune mais super impliqué et sympathique, le petit déjeuner servi en chambre GENIAL, ultra copieux et trés bon, le room service vraiment éfficace. L'hotel est un peu loin du centre ville mais offre une vue sur la baie fantastique et du coup nous sommes au calme donc cela faut le coup

My husband and I had a nice stay at Lagon Spirit. Our room had a very nice view of the ocean and old city. The staff was very accommodating and nice, and the food was delicious too! I would recommend this hotel if you would like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the old city and enjoy a peaceful hotel stay. The taxi ride into town was about 10-15min. Thank you!

First time staying in Chania and this hotel had the best views compared to all the other places I looked at. Wonderful stay, and the staff was the best! They gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne at no extra cost!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce très bel hôtel qui surplombe la ville de la Canée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’établissement, son architecture et son design très contemporain. La blancheur lui va si bien… Nous avons pleinement profité du lieu et de cette magnifique terrasse qui ouvre sur un panorama époustouflant. L’eau de la piscine privative était fraîche mais le soleil encore ardent en cette fin septembre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé la modernité de la chambre , un peu petite mais très lumineuse. Il nous faut pourtant émettre des réserves sur le service du petit déjeuner, qui n’est pas à la hauteur … L’hôtel propose un service en chambre avec une réservation personnalisée la veille. Nous avons expérimenté les deux formules , le premier jour à la terrasse de l’hôtel, le second matin en chambre. 50 minutes d’attente pour une commande effectuée la veille. L’hôtel se justifie : « Il y’a beaucoup de clients à servir « . 😳 Certes , mais est la réponse attendue d’un 5* ?

Wonderful hotel, 5 stars all the way. The staff were incredibly friendly, (especially Kris at the front desk). The view from the room was fantastic to say the least. Breakfast served to the room was also top notch. We had read some of the 1 star reviews beforehand and I don't believe they were at the same hotel as none of that was true. It is a bit out of the city center, but was a quick drive to Chania old town, and we liked the quiet and relaxed vibe. Would high recommend

My wife and I and her two beautiful daughters spent a week in this absolutely stunning hotel. We can´t fault a single thing about the place, everything was 110% perfect from the first day to the last. The personnel was super friendly and tended to all our needs. The ladies in the reception were wonderful helping us to get our daily taxi to the old town and and one one occasion to and from Stavros beach. The food and the room service worked perfectly too and the grey haired lady cleaning lady was fantastic ＜3 Room 106 had a slightly larger pool and a patio which almost looked like a small secluded front yard with trees and flowers and a lovely view towards the town centre. The shower was fantastic with good water pressure. The TV was a bit small but hello, who comes to Chania to watch television! We will definitively be back here if we ever visit Chania again!
